I have stayed at other Candlewood properties and this one is the worst ever. It was not pleasing to the eye and the room wreaked of pet smell, the carpet was just yucky DEFINITELY did not walk bare feet on it. The bathroom had stains on the wall that was cleanable because I cleaned it and the shower was not cleaned because you could see where someone's soap had been again I know because I cleaned it.

I love Candlewood Suites. The comfort of the home away from home experience there is great. The rooms just make sense to me. However, the morning staff at this facility was rude. So much so that I will pay more to another brand when I am in the area again.

The room was dirty and musty. There was animal hair all over the room, including on the beds. The shower was dirty and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel containers were filled incorrectly with wrong products. There was an awful smell in the room and my husband needed to ask the front desk for air freshener. Beds were small and very uncomfortable. Will never be back.

Very disappointed in our stay. We were not told they didn’t have hot water when we checked in. The problem was never addressed while we were there. We did not stay our second night because we were unable to take showers. I will not be staying there again. I had to tell them I am a IHG member.
Great room with space to move around.

This was a perfect stop on our way to Myrtle Beach. It allowed pets and did not cost an arm and a leg. Laundry was a bonus.
Location good, room had water stains and water bugs, caulking around shower and tub was poorly done

we stayed one night if we had to stay more than one night we would have found another hotel.
The room was dank and musty. we thought the ac would fix that but when we returned around 9pm it was still musty. The next morning water bugs were present in the bathroom.
A cockroach was on the wall to the coffee room as we exited. Definitely needs maintenance.
Staff was friendly and located hair dryer that was left behind for friend in area to retrieve

We checked in Late otherwise I would have looked for a different hotel. Floor in room (Carpet and otherwise) felt sticky. The Toilet seat was NASTY yellow stained (trying to upload pictures). One of the pillows on the bed was literally torn (hard to miss), As I said if it weren't for the fact that it was a NO Refund Room, and we checked in at midnight. I would have looked for another room elsewhere, and I say that being a die hard IHG customer,

I will gladly stay at the hotel again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable . It's in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The Candlewood in Wilson NC is a good stop. I would stay there again

The staff was nice and welcoming. They did have an issue with my credit card which resulted in someone knocking on my door at 11:30pm...waking me up. It ended up getting taking care of the next morning. The room was clean, but needs to be updated with new carpet, etc.

I would not recommend staying here. The front desk was rude upon arrival. The room was not thouroughly cleaned with hair in all sinks and tub area. The bath soap was not filled, and my linens were stained.
