My room was clean as was the kitchen. All necessary utensils were provided. Breakfast was ready at a reasonable hour for those of us in town for work and variety was workable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

I was hesitant to stay because I am not a long term guest, I just needed a room for the night, the Front Desk was super helpful and I was glad they had rooms available.

Nos decepcionamos mucho por el estado en el que se encuentra en el hotel mucha falta de limpieza y de mantenimiento las habitaciones incluso no parecieran pertenecer a este hotel, esta última vez nos quedamos en la habitación 410 además de qué la habitación se encuentra en pésimo estado faltaban muchas amenidades en la cocina que no se encontraron en esta ocasión, incluso “no hicieron la limpieza” House Keeping después de la primera noche

The stay was very hurting warming. Front desk was very helpful when it came to making copies or borrowing equipment or even letting us use their rooms for classes the pool was also always clean and up to date with the latest cleaning materials.

Great location near Sam's Club, Walmart, Landry's Seafood Restaurant and Starbucks. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet room even near elevator, and facing freeway. Staff was very friendly.

Let me just say that we enjoyed our stay! Being close to other businesses and restaurants is a plus! The staff, especially joe was awesome…. So, big shout out to him for an expeditions check-in and awesome/professional attitude! We love that the property was military friendly, so thank you for taking care of our military members in and out of uniform. The pool was very clean and refreshing for such a hot day and our kiddos enjoyed it while we enjoyed some refreshing cold drink poolside.

Good selection of fresh fruit at breakfast (blueberries, apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries), Social hour food selection is not healthy, no salad.

Great hotel, great staff. Very clean, both the 600 and public areas. Location is very good with good dining close, retail close and fairly easy access to the property from roads.
The room was over priced for the quality of the furnishings and interior decor. The staff and general manager provided good customer service.

Our room overlooked the pool and skyline, nice and quiet. The pantry was convenient and the manager helped find chicken noodle soup for us, which was much appreciated. She and her staff were kind and professional. A hot breakfast was a nice send off to the next destination 12 hours away. Thank you all.

I was supposed to get a two room suite, instead I got a small room. Encountered some bugs, brought it up to management and housekeeping, didn't care, I believe he said" it's just a small beetle." Personel looked way to comfortable , like if no one goes and checks up on them from higher up. Only people busting sweat was the people in charge of breakfast. Lady in social evening, giving wine bottles to her favorites.

Nice hotel and staff. Housekeeping while on your stay needs work but isn’t horrible.
