Hotel cercano a Expo Guadalajara con instalaciones en muy buen estado y un staff que da todo de sí para hacer del alojamiento una magnífica experiencia..
Agradeciendo a todos y cada uno de los miembros del personal con quienes tuve contacto, deseo desatacar la actitud amable y profesional de las encargadas de mantener la limpieza de las habitaciones , de Víctor, Alejandra y Fernanda en la recepción así como la de Juan en el comedor.
Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel? recomendaría a otros hacerlo? Sin duda.

Como siempre la estadia en su cadena de hoteles es agradable, el hotel tuvo ciertos inconvenientes, un estacionamiento muy reducido, el aire acondicionado en el gimnasio no funcionaba correctamente, pero el resto de los parametros dentro de la expectativa.

I’ve been treated really good by the personal that work in the hotel and was very surprise about that social evenings event that I haven’t seen any similar in other hotels.
It has also an excellent breakfast and the perfect location near two almost everything you need as a tourist.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Decor and appliances are basic and a bit old fashioned but everything works just fine. Service is good and location is great, next to a shopping mall. The only downsides are the small and somewhat slow elevators, and the breakfast could improve a bit.

The room has modern furnitures than cause to cook and stay inside of the room.

All the staff personnel with a smile and with willingness to help. The breakfast was great. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. My family and I rest very well and pas a great time there.

Very complete hotel, nice spaces, first stay at a Staybridge hotel, I want to book again in next travel. I also enjoyed the social evening time. The hotel is next to a mall with many stores, restaurants and services.

Nice place, well update to be a Staybridge Suites, since is a very old Hotel...My room was close to the Lopez Mateos Avenue was kind of noisy due the traffic in the Avenue.
Besides that price and amenities good!

During my stay I was pleased with the cleanliness of my room including the service from the front desk. The breakfast and fruit was good as well, and always they were very polite que location is near from a couple of restaurants and it’s easy to get a cab from this point.
