As I mentioned , card key did not work. Show faucet is not working properly when it turns to most hot.

So we decided to take the kids to Vegas we picked this hotel because it’s off the strip but close enough to walk.. we had 5 pools to pick from one being splash pad!!! There is no casino which I’m ok with.. just be mindful there is no elevator so if you have small children let check in know!! The only bad thing was the room temp would not go any lower then 70.. it was comfortable however I always keep my air on 65

My family and I stayed here primarily due to its proximity to the Sphere where we would be attending a concert. The fact that we could walk to and from the location was a plus. The reason for the rating was because our villas air conditioning wasn’t working properly. To the extent that the morning after we checked in maintenance dropped by to check on it, we did not call for maintenance but he was coming by to fix it as he had told the front desk to leave the room unoccupied for that reason. To be clear air was flowing in the front but was inconsistent in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I did like that I could communicate with the front desk and they brought some box fans by the villa for the bedrooms. Overall the stay was good and would recommend this place for other who would be attending events at the Sphere.

Location is wonderful , stay would have been better if room had been clean, old food debris on the floor between refrigerator & cabinet, I assume this isn’t on the housekeeping focus but should be. Mattresses were uncomfortable. This resort needs more accessible rooms , we were in the back on the 3rd floor & my husband is disabled.

Dirty and Rude

The hotel was very dirty and we did not get room service any single day, not even to get coffee bags. I had to go ask for them at the lobby. Also we were invited to participate in a preview of the Resorts and then we were too that we could not participate because my wife does not understand English very well, which was very rude. We lost a lot of time speaking to the hotel host about this only for them to tell us we could participate. I understand English perfectly and could have heard the speech for both of us, and in any case you can not restrict this event just because some one does not speak English. Finally, the hotel was not even a good price for what we got, for the same price we could have easily stayed at the Paris hotel which is on the Main Street and also includes breakfast.

Awful service, the staff made a series of mistakes and I was blamed for them. Couldn't relax by the pool bc there were staff with chainsaws and leaf blowers surrounding the area for over an hour, yet apparently they don't have staff to clean?? Couldn't watch streaming services bc you can't log into them on the TV. Finally, got locked out of my room the last night bc my key was set to expire during my stay - no apology for that either. The money you save by staying here simply isn't worth it.

We have a great view of the Sphere

We asked for the good view of the Sphere however we got a great view…my kids love it and want to stay longer. The price was worth it and we highly recommend for our family and friends who will come and stay in Vegas for business or leisure. Thanks manager and staffs helping us during our stay. The only thing I would say that it takes time for food when you come to the bar/ restaurant. Our family hope to stay again for the next trips.

Todo estuvo bien. Nos encantó la habitación, que tenía todo lo que podíamos imaginar. Lavadora, secadora, etc.
En "desayuno incluido", sugirieron 60$ para 5 personas durante 2 días. No es suficiente ni siquiera para una mañana. Honestamente, debo mencionar que obtuvimos un programa de Promoción para compartir, que nos permitió obtener un reembolso (y más). Como no sé si este programa está siempre disponible, no compartiré los detalles.
En general, la estancia fue muy buena y la relación calidad-precio muy alta

La ubicación de la propiedad es central a la franja de Las Vegas, ya que puede caminar a todas partes o tomar el tranvía. Las habitaciones son extremadamente espaciosas.

Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, los dormitorios NO se enfrían y puedes escuchar TODO, como si tuvieras las ventanas abiertas. El servicio de limpieza entrará MUY temprano, no importa si está dormido o desnudo, luego gritará y conversará con la gente durante 30 minutos fuera de su puerta y despertará a todos en la casa. Al personal no le importó ni ofreció nada más que el registro de salida una hora más tarde, lo cual no es necesario cuando lo despertaron 3 horas antes de que sonara la alarma. El bar / restaurante tiene buenas bebidas y comida, pero no un camarero durante horas, luego solo uno para toda el área de la piscina. Deberían conectar todas las piscinas con un río lento y limpiar la cascada.
