Sampai mereka berinvestasi dalam infrastruktur wifi yang lebih baik, hotel ini adalah salah satu yang tidak akan pernah saya kunjungi lagi. Lokasinya bagus, tetapi kamarnya kurang dibersihkan (ada setengah kue di lantai dan noda coklat di salah satu handuk). Bagaimana Anda bisa gagal melihat setengah kue di karpet?)

Hotel perlu ditingkatkan

Kamar memiliki pesanan hewan yang sangat buruk. Saya menelepon Front Desk dan memberi tahu mereka bahwa kamar tidak pernah dibersihkan, hot dog, atau bulu hewan. Seluruh tempat tidur sudah tua. Anda akan tidur di tengah, bukan di pinggir karena saya kira bisa saja rusak, siapa tahu lantai di dapur semuanya rusak, tidak bisa berjalan tanpa memilih di sana. Aku menjatuhkan sesuatu, lalu saat aku mengambilnya, aku malah melukai diriku sendiri. Aku menceritakan hal ini kepada pria itu saat check out, dan dia tampak tidak mempermasalahkannya, juga berbicara kepadanya bagaimana tidak ada seorang pun yang datang untuk menghilangkan bau di kamar. Oh, kukira mereka melakukannya, itu jawabannya. Pada saat yang sama. juga, pada malam terakhir, restorannya bahkan tidak buka. Kami harus naik mobil dan berkendara 15+ menit untuk mencari tempat makan, jadi secara keseluruhan pengalamannya kurang baik. Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan tempat ini kecuali dia melakukan beberapa peningkatan serius dan mendapatkan manajemen yang lebih baik. Saya EVEN meminta handuk tambahan dan mereka bilang kami biasanya tidak memberikan ubin tambahan tanpa biaya, tetapi Anda dipersilakan untuk pergi dan mencucinya. Gratis dan saya bilang saya datang bukan untuk mencuci. Saya datang berlibur saat itu beberapa handuk dikirimkan.

Owners disappointed on first visit

We have been HIVC owners for over 20 years. About 10 years on an owners update we were scared/scammed into giving up our week at Orange Lake FL for points at this nasty place. Since converting, we have been trading for IHG points and this has been working for us. But after visiting this, our “home” resort, we were very disappointed and irritated all over again! First at check-in at 3:40, they did not recognize us as owners and our room was not ready. After a long day of driving we asked where the bar/restaurant was—ITS CLOSED.
We drove 20 minutes to a brewery (Harpoon, recommend) for dinner. After getting a call that our room was ready, we had to drag our stuff up 4 flights of stairs together to room then another 2 to get to bed!!
The place was dated and couch was very uncomfortable for sitting. Bed was okay.
We came for leaf views ao we did not stay at resort much the next day, but a hot tub at a ski resort may have been nice. When we were checking in someone was complaining that the pool heater wasn’t working.
If you are a skier, it might be a nice stay, for us we visited a nearby town of Woodstock and Quechee quaint little towns. Leaves are starting to change.
We won’t be back!

Such a perfect place to stay. We were only passing through for one night, but if I ever return to the area will most definitely stay again!!! Would also be great for a long weekend or extended stay. Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms! Great staff! 10/10!!

A gem in the mountains

Worth every penny, mattress too soft for people with back conditions and restaurant closed two days of the week. Aside from that a great place to getaway for peace and quite.

Off season issues

Although the resort is absolutely stunning and the customer represensitives when checking jn, there were other issues.

The room was not quit ready, housekeeping was attentive. No room (or chalet/villa) was available without having to use stairs.

When returning from work on the second day, neither key card would work. When asking for help at the counter, the young clerk at the main building, was not helpful. He would not listen and give recommendations. His only comment was "it should work". He was extremely rude.
I was lucky to run into maintenance who was very helpful.

This hotel is in excellent condition in all areas, as is the staff. All were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The dining area in the hotel was also wonderful and the dining staff made the experience amazing and engaging for our children ranging from 6 to 15. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again.

An excellent place for families

We stayed for two nights, two families, each with 2 kids. This hotel has huge rooms which makes it more enjoyable for the family to have some space. Definitely a no frills place, but we knew that coming in. Pool was down due to construction but looked kind of run down and unappealing anyway. There aren’t many places to eat because everything shuts down early. Here is why it gets four stars.. John, the front desk employee. He was soooo over the top helpful in making our stay great. He called restaurants for us, switched out room when a neighbor was incredibly loud one night, recommended day time hikes and other things. If there were more employees like him at hotels, more hotels would get better star ratings. All in all I recommend this place for families, it was fun!

This place needs to be updated. The pool situation was terrible! We weren’t even told the outdoor pool was closed before our visit. Hard to believe this is a IHG property.

Beautiful place will stay there again nice and quiet. Staff is very friendly. Lotta trails to go walking on. Wish the pool outside pool was open. Nice to be able to cook outside at a barbecue. Great restaurants around the area.

Spacious Rooms in a Quiet Location, but aging Faci

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Mount Ascutney in a peaceful part of Vermont. The rooms are spacious, clean, and include a small kitchen, which is a nice touch. However, the bathroom shower curtains remain awkward to use, and the air conditioning is loud and doesn’t cool particularly well—though it does function, and thankfully we didn’t need it much during our stay. The entire facility is beginning to show its age, and the outdoor pool was out of service again for repairs. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re in the area, but it could benefit from some updates and maintenance.

Perfect in every way!
