Relaxing weekend

Perfect for a getaway with your family. The hot springs are nice, and healing waters. The town nearby Genoa, has great food, and shopping/exploring. Could be improved by adding bath robes to guests rooms.
Breathtaking views but rough around the edges

The hotel is wonderfully located, and the views of the mountains are absolutely stunning. The hot springs are quite nice and very enjoyable, however, the hotel is very worn, and my room was mediocre and rundown. The carpet looked old and rundown, the bathroom toilet ran constantly. The shower was dirty. Stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. The AC/heat barely worked.
I’m reminded why I’m a Marriott person with this day.
Peaceful and relaxing

A beautiful place to get away to have peace and relaxation. The hot springs are kept clean and there is plenty of spaces to have privacy. The rooms are nice. We stayed in a villa. Having a full kitchen is nice to have if you prefer to cook for yourself. The room was clean. The pillows are little firm for my liking. Overall the place is a wonderful getaway.

This is our second visit to David Wally's and the Hotel, Spa and especially the STAFF did not disappoint! The rooms are a bit "dated" but they are comfortable, clean and peaceful. We had a Villa which comes with nicely appointed full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, utensils), with other basics such as coffee maker, toaster, blender etc.... just like home!

Property is worn. The highlight are the hot springs. Hopefully IG will put some $ into revitalizing this property.

Kami memesan 2 malam di resor ini agar dapat bersantai dan melepas lelah dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Meskipun fasilitas mulai menunjukkan usianya, stafnya tetap menjaganya dalam kondisi sangat baik. Kami dapat bersantai di sumber air panas dan melepaskan stres dunia modern. Lokasi resor ini merupakan keseimbangan yang baik antara keterpencilan yang terpencil dan kemudahan berkendara ke apa saja yang ingin dilakukan tamu.

Will dan timnya di David Walley sangat profesional, bijaksana, dan sopan. Saya anggota Diamond Elite, dan saya melakukan masa inap di David Walley satu atau dua bulan setiap tahun. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Poorly laid out room. Barking dog next door.

Comfortable three nights spent at the resort. We had one little bump in our stay but Lori, Front Desk Supervisor, quickly resolved the matter.
We would definitely stay here again!

Memesan 2 kamar untuk keluarga yang bersebelahan. Ditempatkan di gedung yang berbeda. Satu kamar tua dengan pintu rusak. kamar kedua di gedung B dengan pemandangan tempat parkir, tetapi biaya yang sama.

Banyak kali kami mengalami masalah dengan staf. Untuk memesan kamar, makan di restoran mereka, dan staf memberikan bunga kami kepada orang yang salah yang menginap di hotel. Staf dan layanan pelanggan yang mengerikan. Kamar-kamar itu panas! AC tidak bekerja. Tentang hal yang baik hanya tentang hotel ini adalah anak kolam renang. Dia sangat baik dan membagikan Ollie pops kepada orang-orang di sekitar bak mandi air panas.
