The stay started good until it was bad. My stay in Houston, TX was for a family member funeral. While attempting to use the in room iron to iron my light cream skirt dark brown water spilled on my skirt causing damage. I went to front desk and showed them my skirt and asked for help, but know could help me. I checked out the next morning and was told the manager would call me to resolve. To this date I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue. I contacted IHG customer service and was given a case# 10564847323 and the person who was assigned has yet to resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable. I’ll NEVER stay at an IHG hotel again. My skirt was ruined and I missed my flight because I was up all night trying to get the stain out of the skirt it was all I had to wear. I’m still very upset about it mainly because no one truly cared enough to help

From the moment we checked in right up until check out we were looked after perfectly. The receptionist who checked us in was Trizia and she was so friendly, asked about the reason for our stay and we advised it was my friends 30th celebration. Each time we passed her she checked in that we were having a great time and chatted about our plans for the stay.
We used the spa after check in which was lovely, i would only say the downfall was not enough loungers, the ones that were there were taken by dirty towels. Spa staff friendly and accommodating.
Our room was huge! The facilities were fantastic and asking for extra water or fresh milk was never any trouble.
Breakfast each morning was lovely, we were sat by the window with the gorgeous views. The breakfast choice was wonderful and plentiful and the staff looked after us brilliantly- again so chatty about our stay and plans.
The 2nd evening after dinner we went back to the hotel for a few drinks. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed a cocktail. Tom was a wonderful bar man and made me an off menu espresso martini. We were chatting about the birthday occasion and as we were outside we were welcomed with complimentary glass of fizz ! Such a lovely touch.
I cannot compliment the team we made contact with enough, they made you feel like friends and i will certainly recommend this hotel and hopefully come back myself again.

Great location, terrible experience

The location is great if you're going to a Drillers game, it's very close to the stadium. However, we had several issues during our stay.
Parking costs $19 per day for hotel guests, even though non-guests only pay up to $10 a day in the same lot. Also, the hotel sent emails with incorrect information. For example, they said breakfast was available from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m., but it actually ended at 9:00 a.m.
The biggest problem happened on our last night when heavy rain flooded our room and ruined many of our things. The staff offered to move us to a new room, but it was after 6:00 a.m. on the day we were checking out. By then, everything was already wet, and it didn’t make sense to move. The hallway carpets were also soaked when we left.
We didn’t receive a refund or even a partial refund. I had to pack up and bring home wet clothes and other items, which made the trip home very difficult. While the location is good, the poor communication and lack of help during the flood made this a disappointing stay.

Our room was the perfect size suite with plenty of space, along with a balcony. Very clean. The staff was very friendly
attentive, and quick to meet your requests.

The property is amazing! We love the peace and comfort of this property. We enjoyed soaking in the hot spring tubs and walking along the trail into town. The restaurant is awesome!
Relaxing Getaway

Staff was so welcoming & helpful. The room had a patio looking out over the wet lands, which was beautiful & relaxing. We loved that there was a kitchen in the room, so we could bring drinks & snack, so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. My only minor criticism is that the vanity In the bathroom was old & the drawers were broken & it would have been nice for a hair dryer to be provided. The food at the restaurant was good, they had live music on Saturday night in the bar, which added to the overall experience. The hot springs were amazing & it was overall an amazing weekend. Everything really came together as a top notch resort experience. You really don’t even need to leave the property during your stay, as everything you need is right there.
Disappointed experience

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express our deep frustration with the experience we had during our recent stay at your property last weekend.
Upon arrival, we were given keys to an incorrect room and had to work with only a security guard, since all the other staff had just departed for the evening, to attempt to resolve the room issue. Then the first alternative room we were offered was not the correct size. The second room (two buildings away) was finally the correct size we had requested in our booking, but the patio furniture had been moved inside, the bedside reading lamps didn’t work, and the connecting door to our two-bedroom villa was deadbolted, preventing us from enjoying the shared space with our friends as planned.
Additionally, because Security did not have access to provide us with functioning keys, we were unable to properly settle in for the evening. This entire process took approximately 45 minutes to an hour, cutting into valuable rest time—particularly challenging with a six-month-old baby in tow.
To make matters worse, the following morning, we accidentally closed our room door and were locked out without our things, again due to the lack of keys. This caused another delay of about 30 minutes while we waited for someone to assist us.
This was not the experience we had hoped for, and certainly not reflective of the level of service we expected as Silver Elite members. It was not only stressful but also very embarrassing for us to show our friends what kind of experience they could have if they wanted to be members as well.
I am deeply disappointed in our experience. Our final room that security was able to unlock wasn’t even up to the accommodation that we had booked. Definitely did not get what we had booked in advance.

Smokey room, charged wrong card, time-share soliciting

Upon arrival, I specifically asked for a separate card to be used for my balance...they charged the wrong card and my account was in the red. Then I was asked to go to a different desk to receive my room key at which point I was solicited to buy a time share. We got to our room and it smelled like cigarettes. Immediately requested a different room and instead we were brought a can of air freshener. Requested a different room first thing next morning and were told we would receive a call when it was ready...no call ever came. Bottle of water costs $6, bar closes at 8pm, food is way overpriced, room fixtures and amenities are outdated.
Double charged Ruined. Anniversary

Im a local 1st upon check in you get pushed into timeshare thing witch is a turn-off. I paid ful price for 3 night stay. I don't want to ne sold timeshare. 2nd despite paying in full in advance I was charged again next morning an incidentle deposit for full amount of $561 this was on top of the deposit of $115. Soon as I saw transaction I went to front office the lady at counter explained to me that the corporate office charged by mistake, witch things happen I get that. But this was my anniversary weekend and this cleared out my account leaving me with nothing to enjoy my staycation anniversary. Spoke with manager and we setup a meeting to try and fix this. She reversed the charges but it still takes 3-5 business days for bank to release hold. Witch still left me with zero money for my staycation. The manager was very Apologetic. She gave me a $200 credit for the Restaurant witch the food and service were excellent, so we can have nice meal for anniversary as well as comp hotsprings. This helped us cover one of our days. I had to get an advance on paycheck to cover everything else. When you paying advance budget for trip this shouldn't happen. 3rd room was very hot no a/c was told nothing can do. Lucky it was cold outside so keep windows open but being on 1st floor everyone can see your business. 4th all though villa was nice and big was bit outdated all the future old and beatup bathroom needs serious upgrade very dark jet tub barely worked toilet ran for few min after use. Overall this was just a bad stay. I did finally get my money back on day of checkout. The manager did a good job in trying to make things right and I thank her for thar but again it pretty much secured me to never return again. It's no fault of the manager she did a good job.
Wonderful hotel with beautiful views from all rooms. Great pools and amenities.

We came for a staycation as locals and love how easy it feels to get away and relax. My boyfriend and I spent 6 hours in the pool area and locker room amenities.
We wish we would have known that there isn’t breakfast at the restaurant is all.

This trip was a true retreat for both body and soul! The hot springs provided incredible relaxation, and the warm, beneficial water helped restore energy after busy workdays. The atmosphere here is very cozy, the staff is friendly, and the hotel offers comfort and tranquility.
I especially want to highlight the nature – fresh air, beautiful landscapes, and a special sense of harmony with the surrounding world. This place is perfect for recharging, regaining energy, and simply enjoying the moment. I was very satisfied with my vacation and would definitely love to come back here again!
