Tempat ini adalah ledakan! Saya memiliki sisa yang saya rindukan. Staf sangat baik, ramah dan sangat akomodatif dalam setiap kebutuhan. Saya berharap ini adalah kumpulan orang yang mereka miliki setiap Holiday Inn yang saya kunjungi.

Kamar yang sangat bagus dan nyaman. Hotel ini di lokasi yang bagus jika Anda ingin pergi ke French Quarter. Staf, terutama Jessica di Front Desk, luar biasa. Faktanya, keramahan Jessica dan tip tentang tempat makan dan kunjungan membuat perjalanan menjadi fantastis.

Mereka membutuhkan kursi malas di kamar tamu. Kursi sofa dan meja dapur tidak begitu nyaman. Layanan pelanggan sangat mengagumkan

Kami sangat terkejut oleh staf yang hangat dan ramah yang memperhatikan setiap kebutuhan kami. Hotel itu sendiri didekorasi dengan baik dan memiliki semua Esensial untuk membuat masa inap kami santai dan menyenangkan.

We had a very nice stay at this resort. Our villa was clean, large, very comfortable, and had good views at night. This resorts puts you in the heart of New Orleans. With a couple of minutes you can walk to Bourbon Street. The WWII Museum, French Quarters, Caesars Palace, and and Riverwalk Mall are between a 10-15 minute walk. There are many great restaurants only a couple minutes away, and the valet staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this resort if you are staying in New Orleans.

Staff are friendly to every person walking in the door! Room was just amazing with a full kitchen. Our room even had a double oven! We definitely recommend staying here!

This would have been a great vacation if the AC would have worked appropriately. After notification the first time and coming to to "reset" and change filter it did work but never got below 74° in the unit. Notification number 2 went on deaf ears, we did check out and move to another hotel. I did alert the front desk upon early check-out, was advised Manager would contact me the next day but that never happened. Never asked for a refund, didn't expect one, however, communication would have been nice. When the room reached 80° that was too much.
So, in a nutshell: perfect location, excellent employees, spacious suites. Need to work on upkeep of HVAC so other people who spend so much to stay are happy. Learn on better communication practices.

We found this hotel searching for a place to stay for 4 adults and one teenager. The 2 bedroom suite came up as an option and was reasonably priced. It exceeded our expectations. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen including dishwasher and a large living room area with sofa bed. So nice to have so much space when we came back to the hotel each night.
The staff made us feel like we lived in the hotel. Before we left to make our way home, we were left wishing we did.

Ms Sue, Mr. Wendell were the BEST part of our stay. Followed by the manager check in staff that were working Friday April 18.
They were all so helpful. At night we relied on Purpose at the front desk. The staff really made this stay THE very best. Yes the room was cleaned, yes the room had everything we need (I accidentally broke a cup) But the real charm of this hotel is the staff!!

The hotel itself was great, clean, and in an easy location. But it was the staff that truly took it to the next level.
Everyone was so nice and gave great recommendations but Ms. Sue was the star! She was the first face we met and from the minute we walked in made us feel so welcomed and excited to be there! I looked forward to getting to see her every morning! Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful trip!
OK hotel, issues with bill, room smell, noise from wind

Had issues with smell and loud banging on roof top during high winds. Room was fine otherwise. Having trouble with getting bill fixed after getting charged several hundred over final receipt. Was also promised one night off on bill and that hasn't happened either. No response or call backs from management. Wasn't comfortable walking around location at night.
