I think Even is a very good hotel.
I was able to rest comfortably after surgery.
What was a somewhat irritant was trying to keep the temperature in our room even. I even called the front desk and was told that yes the units were very touchy, but no help in solving this issue.
Also I wish I had looked into Trivago as I could have gotten the entire stay for 84.00 per night. My own fault however!
Otherwise we always try to find an EVEN hotel when I am undergoing medical procedures.

Clean and spacious room in a beautiful quiet hotel. Loved the hotel gym and it was great to have some gym equipment in the room too.
I have stayed in this hotel before and this is my go to hotel in Rochester MN. The best!

Very modern and maintained hotel. M. Stayed here 3 times over last 3 years and not going anywhere else when visiting!!! Highly recommended

There was one person handling check in for two hotels. The line was five deep when I arrived. The computers were not working properly I was told. I was not able to check into the room I reserved (a suite). Instead I was given a King room. I get into the room and it is clear someone else had been there. There room keys and cardboard sleeve for the keys were in the room. There was trash in the garbage can. I went back and let the front desk know. The line was so long I had to wait a half hour. I was told the room was okay, no one else was checked into the room. I went back to my room to shower. While in the shower someone tried entering my room. AND a staff member helped that person enter my room while I was naked in the shower with the bathroom door open! The front desk called me and said that I was not checked into any room, who was I and how did I get into this room! Worst experience EVER with any hotel!! Very Very upsetting.

The hotel information was unleashing
No continental breakfast which was surprising because IHG hotels usually have that.
Also only parking was a paid garage.
Was worse IHG stay I’ve had.
Staff put us right next to ongoing construction and we needed a restful stay. Didn’t get it because of the noise

Hotel was easy to navigate. Staff were friendly. Used the Mayo Clinic cancer discount program. Construction made it a little more challenging to load/unload but overall still a great experience. Bed was comfortable!

Great place to stay when visiting mayo friendly staff and clean rooms. It was nice having the upgraded room on the corner and the workout equipment was phenomenal. I look forward to staying at this hotel again

Our short trip found us in the best place to stay in Rochester we've ever had. EVEN Hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. Our room was large enough to move around in easily, the bed was very comfortable, and the furnishings were streamlined. Obviously easy to clean and maintain; sleek and shiny, but very welcoming. Staff was helpful, and parking was a big plus. Can't imagine not staying there again on a return trip.

This was a pleasant surprise! We go to the Mayo and have had some not so nice places close by. Going further out to find a great hotel was so worth it. This hotel is less than a mile from the Mayo and driving there and using the Valet was worth everything. Absolute great place to stay!!!!️
