I found the front desk to be extremely rude. At check in, I showed him the cancer reduced rate email and forwarded it to him. He continued to be excessively rude. At checkout, Jessica was extremely rude about cancer rate reduction form.

Excellent location. Very clean. Very pleasant staff. Nice little bar area to unwind after a long day. Our go to hotel when at Mayo.

Great stay while I was there for a convention. Don't let the road construction distract you from the quality of the hotel and the staff. Check out the Canadian Honker right around the corner for great food! The walk around the neighborhood is nice and peaceful. There is also a Mobile ride to the Mayo clinic offered- I didn't use this, but saw the bus make frequent visits for other guests.

This hotel is wonderfully situated in relation to downtown Rochester. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable with open space so did not feel cramped or in a small hotel room.

Great stay, no issues. Allowed us to extend on the fly which is very useful when dealing with the Mayo clinic.

Very nice and very clean hotel directly across from the St Mary’s Mayo building in downtown Rochester Mn. Has a restaurant with very limited food selection but is close to many other restaurants. The Canadian Honker is a block away and is wonderful! The Hotel was fine but had people/workers talking in the staircase right outside our door until 11pm. Thought they would be more respectful!

as a side sleeper I want a bed that is soft but has a little firmness and this bed is amazing! I love how the rain showerhead is luxurious and it’s just a great shower experience. And then the food is healthy and delicious-it tells you the nutrition of each meal, which I appreciate. It’s a clean and new feeling hotel and there’s shuttle service to Mayo. I highly recommend

I would like to recognize the great Staff at his hotel.Noreish, Milton, Linda, Sharon, and maintence man. All of these staff go out of the way to make my monthly stay excellent. The Cook Sharon, is fabulous and the house cleaning staff is more than happy to help with request. I love Miltons fabulous attitude and Linda is a big help with check out at 5 am. I have been coming here for 18 months almost monthly and am impressed with the gym, the cleanlines and Modern feel and wellness quotes on the walls. Hurrah for helping sick people through their journey by adding a bright spot in their day! Keep it up! thank you, Vickie

I’ve stayed here twice while having to go to appointments and it’s always been amazing and very comfortable. They are very accommodating and helpful here and we try to stay Everytime we come here if we can. I recommend this to everyone

Great Location for Mayo Clinic visits

I stay here all the time, basically since it opened. The hotel has remained in top physical condition and some of the staff has been there for years. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is perfect for St. Mary's and the main Mayo building downtown.
