pillows, bed and staff were absolutely wonderful! especially, Julia and John were most helpful and kind! They were really examples of how a representative of hotel should be courteous and professional.

The friendliness at the front desk, the customer friendly laundry services, the absolutely clean and spacious room, the strong shower pressure, and fantastic air conditioning.

Business, travelers beware

If you’re like me and you’re allotted an allowance to choose a hotel when traveling for business you want to stay within it when you reserve a room and you’re advised your total price tax, fees, etc. are x amount dollars and cents when you agree to. it’s not pleasant when you get a direct credit cardwithdrawal without your knowledge of a considerable sum that they attribute to “convenience fees” for the privilege of staying at their hotel. This is not fair to consumer and somewhat exceptionally deceptive. I will not be staying again also alerting my travel department within my company not to book future travels for this specific hotel. imagine buying a house or a car and several weeks after you close you get hit with a bill automatically withdrawn for your credit card for a fee for the privilege of purchasing the house really really deceptive.
Also not to mention the fire alarm went off pretty much every night of my stay there for a week conveniently at two and 3 AM on average

The Even hotel in Waco was a superb choice. It was an amazing location and the staff were incredible.
Best hotel choice I have made.

I travel for work. I have never been this impressed with a hotel. I was clean, close to everything, the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a drink at the bar. The bartender was friendly and helpful, and very good at his job.

Staff was amazing. Beautiful pool. Food was delicious. Room extremely clean and comfortable. Wish they had Even Hotels in Fort Worth, TX. I travel there often.

Front Desk is unhelpful and unfriendly

The property is super nice with great amenities. I chose this because of the wellness aspect and focus of the hotel. However, when I went to check-in (which I waited for over 30 minutes), I asked the front desk attendant to recommend a massage place and a hot yoga place. He recommended a chiropractor that was closed on the weekends (the entire time I was there) and did not know of a single hot yoga place in the area and told me to do my own search. I feel like these were basic questions for a wellness-focused hotel and I could have at least been directed to someone else. It felt like I was shrugged off and they didn't even try to help me.
Clean and spacious, perfect for most.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Welll appointed bathrooms. Very friendly service. A fellow with red hair at the front desk (his name was Robert or Richard or some other R name which I can't recall) was very accommodating and friendly. AC was cold, bedding was very nice. Hotel was quiet. Great pool. My lone complaint is that I did not find the bed to be comfortable at all, and my sleep suffered. Though it's rare I like a hotel bed.
A great place for a quick stay.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. The room was spacious, cool, well decorated. The bathroom was large and clean with great hygiene products. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling every request I had quickly and with a smile. Particularly a fellow with red hair. I believe his name was Richard or some R name. My lone complaint is that I did not like the bed. Found it very uncomfortable, but I generally find hotel beds uncomfortable anyway.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while moving a child out of his dorm. This hotel provides many places to relax, including two outside pools that gave me space to swim for exercise. The patio area was open late and I could eat poolside while unwinding from the day. The one on-site restaurant had great hours and served fresh, delicious food. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only drawback was this hotel was a little noisy. Perhaps because the rooms have no carpet (a plus in my opinion!), I could hear people walking upstairs, and sounds from outside awakened me. The comfort, convenience, and cleanliness made the stay exceptional, despite the noise.
