Great hotel with plenty of safety

We stayed one night and found the staff to be excellent the room was nice and the pool and hot tub were highlights for our 8 year old and her friends. 2020 has been hard and having a little time to just be a kid and play was priceless to us as parents.

Its a nice newer hotel but i was there for 8 days and asked for room service 3 times could not get it at all

As always, the hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I understand the breakfast has to be grab and go during the pandemic, but not even being able to make a cup of coffee was a definite draw back. I wish the lack of a breakfast was reflected in a reduced price.

The Staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed using the playground and pool.

Another great experience with Holiday Inn! Peace, calm, and cleanliness; what more could you ask for. Wonderful hotel helped add to the great weekend in Cooperstown with my son!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful. I forgot shaving cream, they gave me a travel size for free. They made great recommendations as to where to dine. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

Always have a great experience with Holiday Inn Express. Only complaint with that we barely had any toilet paper and had to hunt down the maid staff. I was definitely disappointed about the breakfast because there was no hot buffet foods but I understand it was due to the virus issues.

The hotel and staff were welcoming and made our visit very pleasant . We were making Grandpa Ron’s dream of visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame come true. Our group had a great experience and will be back.
