Great hotel in a great location

This is an awesome property in a really good location, not too close to Broadway and yet not too far away.
The amenities (pool, social hour, fitness center) are great and the staff adds their extra touch to make sure your stay is memorable.

Great place to stay. Great staff. Like the location and nearby restaurants. Cool place to stay. Parking was expensive.
Pool is not for young kids

Don’t book this if you plan on staying with young kids and trying to relax by the pool with them. The pool is shared with tenants of attached apartments/properties and is more of an adult atmosphere.

Love the Kimpton Hotel - consistent and accommodating and location is perfect for accessing surrounding businesses and restaurants/entertainment.

Upon arrival staff at reception made us feel very welcomed and it was an extremely smooth check-in process. We were given a few sheets of paper which contained information about restaurants shopping etc nearby which was very handy. The hotel is in a great location very close to Broadway, but also far enough that you’re not directly in the hustle and bustle of it all. taxis are very cheap so getting into Broadway from the hotel was both cheap and very quick. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very spacious. The swimming pool on the rooftop was great and it’s a very cute space with a pool bar there too. We’ll definitely be staying again and really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel.
Beautiful hotel. Parking will rob you.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. Close to lots of things downtown and I felt safe walking around downtown. The parking situation is crazy especially because the hotel clerk failed to tell us we could get our parking validated.

We had nice customer service and the coffee bar in the morning was my favorite part. They had cold brew along with warm coffee and tea.

Location was good, staff was friendly, room was clean but it was a disappointment that they could not deliver a pot of coffee to the room

Overall a great stay! Cool location (close to so many fun parts of Nashville), good amenities in / out of our room(the pool was great), & helpful staff!
Random ways to improve: I do wish that the evening social hour event lasted a bit longer (food and drinks run out quick).
We also wish we were able to participate in the Tiny Zap Tattoo experience. It did not seem well organized (tip: cool to offer, but you should find a way for your guests who are actually staying at the hotel to reserve a spot- for example, email the QR code for sign up before hand/ day of to the guest staying! The event was open to any one (guest of the hotel or not) and because of this (despite signing up around 4:30pm after check in) the event was already all booked up.

This hotel has excellent customer service from the parking attendant to the front desk happy hour the guest services and the restaurant the Aviance you're able to relax in the lobby the rooms are fabulous the shower is amazing the view is beautiful the interior of the room is perfect it makes you feel like you're away from home and a luxurious hotel and that is the standard that they're shooting for and they have marked it 10 plus I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be treated with kindness courtesy and like family keep your eye on the parking person Alex he is fantastic will take care of you and keep your eye on Keaton at the front desk he is fabulous he will talk to you give you all the extras let you know what's in the area and you can ask him any question and he is so courteous

While the entrance can be hard to find the hospitality certainly isn’t. A great hotel to stay at and you will be made to feel like royalty.
