This will always be our first choice because of the exceptional staff. In particular Sally at the front desk goes way beyond expectations with her attention to her guests.
The location is superb.

I stayed here for two nights booked for one and then took another one the following night

Stuff are so amazing and helpful, I liked the second night better as it was not located on the street and away from cars crowd

Otherwise best location and easy access to anywhere you wanna go

朝早く着いてしまったため、部屋の準備ができていないとのことで20分待つよう言われたが、1時間半以上待たされ、せっかくの現地滞在時間が減ってしまった。その間他に案内されている人が複数おり、優先度を下げられているのではないかと思った。abdali jett officeに近かったためここのホテルを選んだが、早朝だとかなり暗い道を歩かなければならず、アジア人はしつこくタクシーの勧誘があるので女子旅ならここではなくもう少しダウンタウンの高級ホテルを選ぶ方が良いと思う。モールに近くて便利だが、夕方から21時頃まで付近はかなり騒がしいので静かにしたい人にも向いていない。

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at hotel From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the amazing staff. The hospitality was top-notch, and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

The services provided were exceptional—whether it was the seamless check-in process, the delicious breakfast, or the prompt room service. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Sound isolation very poor

The sleep quality was very bad as the street noise was very loud and the windows isolation is very poor
