Such a wonderful hotel! Great location near Dianchi Lake with beautiful views.
The hotel itself is lovely — clean, peaceful, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
There’s a hot spring and sauna, which make it the perfect place to relax.
The restaurant food is delicious, and the view from the dining area is amazing.
Overall, a relaxing stay — I totally recommend it, you can just enjoy your whole vacation inside the hotel!

第一次在滇池边选择了华邑酒店，感觉非常满意。无论是酒店环境、餐饮服务、房间布局和卫生，都令人满意。特别感谢客服经理Popy, 提前安排了无烟房和硬枕，后来因行程改变，我需要延期一晚，也耐心提醒我在网上及时提交订单。

四日三晚的昆明旅行在昆明华邑酒店度过的十分开心，感谢前厅部Cathy与Reanee的前期帮助与协调，在打开客房的那一瞬间就已经感受到了华邑酒店的“东方待客之道”，感谢客房部小耿的每日清洁与打扫，让杂乱的客房焕然一新，酒店的户外泡池与两个游泳池也为假期增添了几分休闲的气氛。采丰楼作为华邑品牌的中餐厅，出品也满不错，可惜油淋牛干巴这道菜过于咸了。另外，酒店的电视可能过于老旧，其余设施都很不错。One stay One Heritage，作为IHG为大中华区推出的全新品牌，的的确确让中华美学生活化，东方待客之道无处不在。

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of our Yunnan trip. Totally excellent stay and we experienced warm and personal hospitality from hotel staff, especially Ms Kaia, who checked us in. She upgraded us to a room according to my preference noted in my reservation. (Some hotels don’t even take note on these) She directed me to seek help from hotel concierge (who was also very helpful) for tour options. She arranged turn down service for us, one night we had milk, another night we had a superb Chinese warm dessert for a night cap. All our requests (extra pillows, extra drinking water, extra this and that…) were met promptly.
Finally on the day we checked out, since our flight was in the night, Ms. Kaia arranged for late check out and let us use the executive lounge while waiting to go to the airport.
Our room was large, quiet (important for us) and had a view out to the garden and the blue sky. It felt so peaceful everyday!
Bathroom was also huge, with a big tub sitting between the bedroom and bathroom. Shower stalls sufficiently sized. A walk in closet area by the side. Separate toilet.
My husband and I felt so pampered staying here. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful.
We took ride hailing cabs everywhere. We also walked to the surrounding sightseeing
spots. (We like walking around!)
I will certainly come back to stay if we visit Kunming again and definitely look forward to be pampered again!

入住前，管家 Popy 主动联系帮忙安排房间以及儿童用品。入住期间还送雪梨汤和牛奶。让我体验到了IHG 该有的服务。很久一段时间出游没有选择 IHG 系的酒店了，今后可能会优先考虑。

I’ve been a IHG member for more than thirty years and this hotel is my the best hotel in my life I have ever experienced.
The hotel is extremely clean, best breakfast and lots items to choose from, you will never find anything like this in the other hotels.
The day before we were leaving, we tried to catch our train and their service staff, Ms Sunny Du, was not only gave us warmly morning greetings but also asked us if we had our breakfast. We said it’s too early and the restaurant was not opened yet. She said, you just waited here for a minute. She run madly from the third floor to the first floor, and packed two bags nice breakfast for us.
My wife was almost crying to see her hardly breathing.
Her friendly manner and professional attitude made her look very elegant.
She is the best.
We will definitely stay this hotel in the future.
By the way, our daughter has the same name , Sunny. It’s really made our trip very memorable.
