Excellent Hotel With Comfort Stay

We traveled to Leshan with our children and chose the IHG-owned Hualuxe for the first time. The hotel was truly exceptional value. Before arriving, Lynn contacted us to confirm our arrival time, whether we were traveling with children, and preferred room orientation and floor. She also sent us a Leshan food guide, making us feel right at home. During onboarding, the front desk and service staff were incredibly friendly, and our children loved the hotel's Chinese-style ambiance. Throughout our stay, the hotel was quick to respond to any requests. At breakfast on our first day, Lucy was incredibly helpful in finding a table and assisting with beverage requests. The hotel is also perfectly located, across from SAIHO Plaza and Ito-Yokado. Also, you'll find Leshan's famous restaurants like Ye Popo and Zhao Yazi. It's also not far from traditional snack streets like Zhanggong Bridge. I'll definitely choose Hualuxe again when I visit Leshan. Thank you again, Lynn and Lucy, for your assistance.

带娃到乐山游玩，第一次选择IHG旗下的华邑，酒店真的是物超所值。在抵达酒店之前，Lynn就联系沟通了到达时间，是否有带小朋友，喜欢什么样朝向的房间并提前发送了乐山美食攻略，感受到了宾至如归的热情。办理入职时，前台和服务人员都非常友好，小朋友也很喜欢酒店的中式风格。入住期间，不管是什么需求，酒店都能快速响应，第一天使用早餐时，木槿Lucy也非常热情的帮忙带领找空位，询问饮品需求等。酒店位置也非常好，对面就是世豪广场和伊藤，楼下就有叶婆婆和赵鸭子等乐山著名美食，距离传统的张公桥等小吃街也不远，下次来乐山还会继续选择华邑。最后再次感谢Lynn和Lucy提供的帮助。

From the moment we arrived at HUALUXE Leshan, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, showing great attention to detail in every aspect of our stay.

The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, blending modern comfort with touches of local culture. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Special thanks to the concierge and front desk teams, whose knowledge and friendliness made our trip even more enjoyable. Their recommendations and assistance helped us explore Leshan with ease.

숙박 동안 진심으로 환영받는 느낌을 받았습니다. 프런트 데스크와 서비스 직원들이 모두 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔의 위치가 아주 탁월합니다. 바로 중심 비즈니스 지구 한복판에 위치해 있어 주변 지역을 둘러보기에 매우 편리합니다.

가장 마음에 드는 것은 호텔의 중국식 데코레이션이었습니다. 모던함과 깨끗함이 아름답게 균형을 이루면서도 정통 중국 문화의 매력으로 가득합니다. 또한 객실 에 제공되는 차와 차 세트에 즐겁게 놀랐습니다 , 정말 세심한 배려가 경험을 향상시켰습니다.

또한 저희가 숙박 동안 Miss Lynn이 많은 도움을 주었다는 점을 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

赶上了酒店有交流会，乱糟糟的，门前随意吸烟，随意停车，居然还可以双向通行….酒店房间卫生较差，这些都有待改善。早餐很好，中餐厅菜品质量非常过关。

메이 데이 휴가 기간 동안 러산을 방문하여 홀리데이 리조트 러산에 숙박했습니다. 휴가철 러쉬를 감안할 때, 호텔은 대부분 객실이 만석으로 매우 혼잡했습니다. 하지만 저는 운 좋게도 고층 킹 객실 으로 업그레이드 받을 수 있었습니다. 위치는 이보다 더 편리할 수 없었습니다. 바로 아래층에는 유명한 '보보지'(사천식 콜드 치킨 샐러드) 레스토랑이 있었습니다. 저녁에 테이블을 기다리는 동안 이그제큐티브 라운지에서 대기 안내 방송을 이븐 들을 수 있었어요! 해피 아워 스프레드는 훌륭했습니다. 몇 가지 요리만 맛보았지만, 쓰촨의 명성에 걸맞는 맛이 정말 일품이었습니다.

I like the hualuxe brand so I was pleased to find a Hualuxe in Leshan. This is probably the highest class hotel in town.

Location is great. About 2 km from the train station. There is a big shopping mall right across the road.

I had a wonderful stay at HUALUXE Leshan during my recent trip. The room setup was excellent—well-designed, clean, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing experience.

A special shout-out to Abby at the restaurant and Lynn at the front desk. Abby was warm and attentive, recommending dishes that suited my taste and checking in on dietary preferences. Lynn was incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out, going the extra mile to arrange a quiet room for me. Their hospitality made a real difference and truly reflected what great service should be.

The only small disappointment was the grand piano in the lobby—it was just for display. Many hotels nowadays allow guests to play the piano, which adds a warm and interactive atmosphere. I hope HUALUXE will consider making it playable in the future rather than just decorative.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay—great service, lovely room, and a very welcoming environment. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Leshan.
