As platinum elite working for a business which will generally spend 200 stays annually with IHG, this Hualuxe hotel is, from my perspective, the best one in Xiamen. The staff pay absolute attention in making sure the guests wel-accomodated. What makes a five star hotel is its five star staff. And I would even give the staff a six star review for their excellent service.

We had the most wonderful trip in Xiamen because of Judy. She is absolutely amazing and she made my parents felt welcomed. Judy gave us a lot of suggestions on traveling in Xiamen. She also sent a small cake bc of my birthday. The hotel itself is very spacious. Overall, we had 10 out of 10 experience and we will come back again!

入住時由Cathy辦理手續，一個多禮拜的入住期間給予充分協助，讓我們的假期很愜意，服務感受非常專業，讓我們的第一次華邑體驗就愛上這個中國風設計。優秀的地點和餐食也將是再次來訪的原因，海滄華邑會是廈門住宿首選。

很美的一间酒店，隔音效果好，房间内还有茶具提供使用，床非常舒服，也贴心帮我准备好睡的枕头，房间使用新中式风格的装修让出差的我感受的非常愉悅与舒适，前台服务都面带微笑，也说明很详细，谢谢帮忙升等海景房间，下次还要再入住此酒店。

酒店装修豪华，工作人员态度友善，早餐选择丰富味道也很好，行政酒廊视野很好。唯一美中不足，不在厦门岛内，且附近离开地铁站有点距离。

Dear IHG,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your Xiamen property. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from an IHG hotel.
I was very disappointed with my stay ,My checkin was done without any greetings or smile just directly asking my Id card which gave me a very shocking experience the staffs were unprofessional, and when I went to the gym, the towel provided had yellow stains and women’s hair on it. When I reported this, the staff rudely said it wasn’t their fault. Extremely poor hygiene and customer service – I do not recommend this hotel. Basic cleanliness and professional customer service are the minimum expectations for any hotel, and this property failed on both counts. I hope that you will take immediate steps to improve both hygiene standards and staff training at this location so that future guests do not encounter the same poor experience.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations in several respects:

1. As I was traveling with a young child who required a nap, I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Despite this, the hotel called to inquire about fruit delivery, which woke my child after I had just managed to get them to sleep.
2. During check-in, there was no staff available to provide guidance. The lobby was extremely crowded, and I was cut in line multiple times, which made the process stressful and unpleasant.
3. The gym and swimming pool facilities were overcrowded, and amenities such as slippers and towels were not replenished promptly, resulting in inconvenience.

景色优美、位置方便，到市区或者机场都很方便，服务热情周到，适合商务出行或者家庭旅游，酒店硬件也很好！酒廊也很不错！

早餐時段很可怕

餐廳用早餐的人太多，現做餐點都很難排到，而且非現做熱門餐點也會有量短少的問題，建議錯開8-9點用餐時間，避免造成自己的困擾。

对比其他华邑酒店，整体体验感一般，我下午才到酒店，都没有保证空房，check in等了很久，没有迎宾礼遇，前台小姐姐说下午3点会有水果送过来，为了避免尴尬，我尽量等到3点之后才洗漱，结果也没有人送过来
