The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Room is stocked with a lot of needed items for longer stays. Nice location for easy access to highways and walkable to sheetz/fiesta Mexico. About 10 mins from the airport.

Upon check-in arrival was required to do a $25 security deposit. I asked what the deposit was for and it’s if anything comes up missing so you’re made to be feeling like you are a criminal. Unacceptable. Went up to our room walked in and it smelt like dog urine and wet dog was moved to another room, which was acceptable. After our stay called and spoke with front desk about concerns of the $25 deposit very unhelpful.

Location was good easy to find. Convenient for where I have to go during the day. Staff was responding. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean except for the plumbing. The environment was good less noisy, and most places.

This location was convenient for our visit to the Harrisburg area. The room was clean & comfortable and we appreciated the location to various restaurants.

The people are good and friendly. But the TV had a parental lock out and I stay for 3months and asked numerous times to fixed it but it never been fixed. They would add charges on authorized charges on weekly basis and everyweek u need to get it straightened out. My due every Sunday but sometimes they charge my card on Friday or Saturday without my authorization. So of u stay in this hotel u need to keep up and need to check all the time because they charge me twice on same day and I’m already check out when I notice it on my bank account and they gave all the reason and I didn’t refund my money no more .
Gave away my reservation and did not refund my money!

Very poor experience. Will never stay at a Candlewood Suite Hotel ever again. Paid $200 for a hotel, my reservation was given away, and my money was not refunded. The hotel gave away my double queen room and offered me a single queen room with a sofa bed. I did not pay $200 for a sofa bed. The sofa bed had white stains, dirty tissues inside, and no sheets, blankets or pillows. Absolutely disgusting! I canceled the second evening and my money was not refunded.

This hotel was perfect for what my family needed. We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and we needed a place to stay for the 5 of us. Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We were only there for one night, but would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks!
Nice Hotel but….

The point of me coming to this hotel was for the whole pool and Jacuzzi experience. I have family and friends in the area and I thought that this was a nice hotel that I could get away to visit them as well as enjoy some relaxation. When I get there, there’s a sign at the front desk telling me that their pool and Jacuzzi is not available and that was the main reason of me coming. I was also told I should’ve went to their specific hotel website. That was the reason I wanted to be at this hotel, but the room was very accommodating in the bathroom. There was a piece of the sink missing so I had to be very careful when it came to taking my jewelry off and other items. I do like that they use the products for their shampoos and hand soaps. I do have sensitive skin.

I love that we know what to expect at a Candlewood. The staff was nice, the room clean and the bed very comfortable . My husband and I both love the free coffee that is available 24-7.

The location of the hotel to local conveniences and Hershey was great but the hotel was gross. The woman who checked us in was very nice but not in a uniform or any sort, had no teeth and was unkept. We walked in to our room and immediately saw a bug on the kitchen counter. The pump on the body wash in the shower was broken, the mold/mildew around the where the bottles were attached to the wall in the showe was a good quarter inch wide. The room was neat, but not clean.
