The staff at the voco The Franklin NY were fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I will stay here again if my travels bring me back to the area.

What a delightful stay! The Voco Franklin is beautiful and we felt so welcome. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. We slept so well. Thoughtful amenities like the bottle refilling station and coffee made to order. I even noticed a basket of umbrellas next to the door during an afternoon rain storm. We visited during a particularly hot spell and our room was a cool respite with a refreshing shower. Excellent neighborhood location close to good food and public transportation.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location close to Central Park! Hotel has a wonderful staff! We enjoyed all the complimentary extras like welcome chocolates, water bottles, hot chocolate and morning lattes! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was well located for my trip visiting the art museums on upper 5th Avenue. Found very good restaurant - Bocaro - nearby. Self serve instant breakfast at hotel, but plenty of coffee/bagel/croissant options nearby . Small room but nice a/c on a sweltering day. Great staff. Old-fashioned charm (the elevator!) .

if you’re going to stay on the upper east side of NYC, this is the perfect boutique hotel to stay in. We have stayed several times and Jasmine and. Xoshera are the kindest staff in the world! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel is a gem! For us the location was perfect since we were visiting family, but it was also close to lots of little bakeries and restaurants. Easy walk to parks, shopping, and museums. Convenient to subway stations. The staff was so friendly and helpful; they even texted daily to check to see if we needed anything. I can’t remember ever having stayed at a hotel where they just made my day better by their friendliness!

Hield van mijn verblijf hier. Was in de stad voor zaken en het personeel en de kamer waren allebei uitstekend. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijf !

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the front desk staff — they were friendly, professional, and quick to offer local tips that made my visit more enjoyable. The room was spotless and cozy, with a bed that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way!). I especially appreciated the small touches like the handwritten welcome note and complimentary bottled water — they didn’t go unnoticed.

If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster for video calls Still, this is very minor compared to how positive the overall experience was.

This is a great location on the upper east side, convenient for my stay. I recommend the property highly in terms of quiet and comfort. I alerted the hotel to some issues with staff quibbling about extra coffee in the morning that I think could be improved, but overall, staff are very friendly and helpful.
