Great Local for quick overnight on Upper East Side

While this is not a full service hotel, the value is excellent. Clean comfortable room with cozy linens in local neighborhood with lots of food and drink opportunities. The front desk was helpful and given the time of COVID it felt very safe and clean. Would recommend to anyone needed a cozy bed on the Upper East Side.
Great location for a last minute business trip

Great bed. Decor is simple and elegant. Bathrooms are small, and not super bright, but hot water is plentiful and the tub was clean. I happily took a bath both nights. I didn't fully understand from the website that there is no restaurant in the hotel, and not all rooms have a mini-fridge. But it's NYC there is plenty of food nearby.

I have stayed several times while visiting relatives in the area. The rooms are always clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathrooms are all newly done. I would highly recommend the Franklin
