Checked in on Wednesday for two nights. On second night I asked about adding and extra night and was to that the one night extra was going to cost 482.00 which over three time the rate per night we paid for the first two nights. The reason was that there was and event in town for that night. I checked out only to look the next evening that was so expensive to find rooms available online much cheaper. I assume that’s rates fell because rooms weren’t being booked at the insane rate they were asking for.

Unfortunately my stay this trip was a little off putting. The room wasn’t cleaned properly stains on the carpet, bedside lamps not working and I saw 2 roaches climbing the walls. Told front desk, their reply was I’ll inform the owner. I wasn’t happy.
Breakfast is ok variety good but eggs are frozen processed and not appealing at all.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Very clean facility with great snack options but the breakfast could use some improving.

Overall a decent experience, the pool sadly closed at 7 on a hot summer night. Kids were disappointed. The mattresses were very uncomfortable but the room was clean and quiet. There is a Checkers in the parking lot…odd but interesting. The continental breakfast was good overall. The staff were friendly.

This hotel i have stayed at for at least a year going back and forth from work, and i very much enjoy the way the staff and the housekeeping treats us. I would highly recomend staying here if you are going to be here in baltimore for an extended stay

On Wednesday morning, I went to have breakfast and the sausage patties looked and tasted like they had been boiled instead of cooked in the oven. The pancake machine was also not out. The next day, The sausage patties looked and tasted like they should and the pancake machine was out.
For some reason, the only trash can in my room was the one in the bathroom. Even downstairs, there were no trash cans in the lobby, business area, entertainment area or other places, and it was that way in the morning and evening. Another problem I faced is the cover on the ironing board. It was not fitted to the ironing board, it just laid on top, so as you ironed, it slid around with your clothes or pulled off of the ironing board when pulling / adjusting your clothes to iron other areas.
Easy drive to Guiness

This hotel was easy to get to and then easy to get to the Guinness OpenGate brewery. The bathroom fixtures needed some love as the inside shower door handle was off and the sink drain would not open.
I will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay. The area that we are in was great and had so much to do in the area. I will definitely stay at in this location again it made it very convenient to family and events. Staff was great and breakfast was hot and delicious. Room was spacious and clean. I was given a room on an upper floor and not near the elevator. I have family there and your facility is my new place to stay in the future.

More than likely would not return or recommend. While the staff was friendly, the accommodations were mediocre. The room had a mildewy smell and there was only one working elevator.
