Tínhamos problemas com a energia em casa, por isso teve de encontrar um hotel que aceita animais de estimação nas proximidades. A funcionária da receção e o seu funcionário do segundo horário, Scott, foram simpáticos e aceitaram a minha boca tagarela durante 2 dias! Scott EVEN mostrava muito amor pela nossa cadela, Elli, mesmo que ela estivesse muito ansiosa num novo local.

The cleanliness of our room was much appreciated! Areas for improvement are general care / upkeep such as repair toilet paper dispenser falling off of the wall, repair the bath bench to raise and lower safely, repair the broken port for charging in the night stand, provide remote with a back to contain the batteries, and update or replace black out blinds that are beginning to crack or have small chunks out of them. Last, but most important the mattresses are terrible - they have a rise in the middle and slope down so that you feel like you're rolling out of bed and feel like an old spring mattress with little cushion. I want to love this hotel, but it needs some TLC to feel that you are getting what you paid for - rather than a budget motel stay. None of what we noted should be a surprise to staff as we didn't have to go "looking" for things wrong - it just naturally occurred through our stay. It could be my first choice for staying in the area given some care and updating, otherwise it could be on a slippery slope that will be difficult to recover from. It is in a convenient area of Hilliard and the common areas of the hotel are nice and reflect the image they seem to want to portray.

I had never heard of this hotel, but found it when I was going to the Irish festival in Dublin. It was such a nice hotel, and the staff was amazing. I believe his name was Scott Blevins checked us in, he was so pleasant and gave great conversation. It was nice that breakfast was grab and go and that it was close to everything. They had a little market inside of snacks, very clean, comfortable bed… great place to stay.

We stayed here in the past but never again. The shower wall had hair on it which leads me to believe the shower was not cleaned, our shade had a big red stain wasn’t sure if it was juice or blood and the breakers disappointing. No juice machine was empty, no muffins or bagels , they had jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches which was hard.

I've stayed at a number of Avid hotels because I like their clean, simple rooms, with clever design elements—and no nasty hotel carpeting! Their beds are comfy, pillows are great (I've bought Holiday Inn pillow dupes on Amazon), they have a nice little 'commissary', and this location is very convenient for my work.

A last minute reservation was greatly helped by the live person AT THE HOTEL who was able to get us into a handicapped room that became available at the last minute. This location is right next to the I-270 loop around Columbus making it easy to access, but noisy at night with traffic on this busy expressway and Cemetery Road out front. The handicapped single king room and bathroom were clean and bigger than a regular single room. We stayed 2 days and only had hooks, a few hangers and a couple shelves spread around the room to hang and store clothing - no closet or dresser. Not sure if that is in every room. You're living out of your luggage otherwise. No free hot breakfast, just box cereal and packaged sandwiches with a microwave and a little fruit. Fresh ground and brewed coffee is available anytime with no charge. The pool was nice to wade in (3-4ft), but small and the very noisy air system made talking more like yelling. The place is relatively new and doesn't look run down yet. Being a rather sparce, minimalist decorated place, it may hold up better over time. Overall, it was a basic, clean room near where we were visiting for not a lot of money.

Já me hospedei neste hotel no passado sem incidentes, mas a minha estadia no mês passado foi verdadeiramente medonha. Acordei por volta das 12:30 da manhã com as pessoas no quarto ao meu lado a falar EXTREMAMENTE alto e a bater à volta. Foi preocupante, e após cerca de meia hora liguei para a receção para perguntar o que podia ser feito, ou se podia mudar de quarto (não que eu quisesse fazer às 1 da manhã!).
O balconista disse-me que o hotel estava cheio, por isso não me comovi, mas disse que falaria com eles para se aquietar. Nunca ninguém subiu as escadas, e continuaram a falar ALTO e a bater nas cadeiras ou algo assim até às 5 da manhã. Só consegui dormir depois das 5 da manhã. Claro que esta foi uma estadia horrível. Enviei uma mensagem para o hotel para ver o que pode ser feito a respeito, mas não recebi resposta. Gostaria de evitar ficar aqui devido à possibilidade de problemas sérios de som e à falta de resposta da propriedade a questão.
