Always a Positive Experience

This is a hotel in my local area. Anytime I have problems in my house this hotel is my first choice.
Always clean and comfortable. The personnel that I have interacted with have always been amazing.
I have never had a negative experience at this hotel.

We've stayed at this location on several occasions and have had a pleasant experience each time. During this stay, we were even able to enjoy the outdoor pool and patio area. Staff isfriendly, especially the front desk. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable.

Comfort, quiet, clean. Desk clerk was attentive, nice, and knowledgeable. I plan on staying here on my next trip to OKC. It was close to anything you wanted to eat. The bed was not the normal wore out mattresss, seemed to be new.
Management was not nice and bed was dirty

No happy bed was dirty manager not nice. He blamed us fir the dirty sheets, did not apologize very rude!

We travel a lot during the summer for summer baseball, and many nights we are looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay. Our experience was so great that we are staying at the location less than a week later. The AVID Yukon is super close to shopping, entertainment, and great food.

Exceptional hotel at a great price. Very clean with quite rooms and very friendly staff. I would rate this a high quality hotel at a mid range price. Definitely will return as well as recommend.

The AVID Hotel in YUKON was a superb experience. The moment we walked though the doors, we felt we were given individual attention. The gal at the front desk set the standard for our entire experience. She was personable, kind and professional. She ensured our stay would be all we wanted it to be. She offered water, tea or juice even though it was not the breakfast hour. Each time we ran into her at the hotel, we were given that great smile and she asked if she could do anything to maker stay more comfortable. (This type of customer service seems to be an anomaly these days.) Our room was comfortable, very clean and met our needs. I appreciated the clean towels each day and hoe quiet the place was. Breakfast offered something for everyone. The food area was clean and inviting and the gal working there was very nice. This is a no frills stay, but it is the best no- frills stay we have experienced!
No microwave, and breakfast was not good AT all

The hotel is very nice. The people are nice. The atmosphere is nice but when you come out of town and you’re working for business and you’re staying there for days on in, it would be nice if they had a microwave in the room there’s no microwaves.
