I stayed at the Holiday Inn for three nights while hosting my Green Paw launch, and the staff’s warmth and hospitality made all the difference. As a pet business owner, I loved that the hotel has resident pets who are part of the family, it’s rare and heartwarming to see. My room was clean and comfortable, and the venue was perfect for our event. I left feeling grateful, rested, and eager to recommend Holiday Inn Grand Cayman to anyone visiting the island.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Grand Cayman. We had a wonderful 12 day stay in the waterfront 2 bedroom suite. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be back at my first opportunity. It's a great value for Grand Cayman.

The hotel is far from convenience. You need a car to access anything outside of the hotel. The staff is great. The resort is nice. However, it is not close to anything. The restaurant on the hotel is nice but we only ate there once. If you are from the US expect to pay more than the prices you see. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from Seven Mile Beach. There is absolutely nothing around this hotel. You will need a car or you can purchase from the hotel gift shop which is about $4 for a regular size snickers bar.

Gorgeous ambiance, huge pool open until 10pm with plenty of pool towels , restaurant on site, comfortable beds, clean well maintained rooms with trusted cleaning staff, fridge and microwave in rooms, friendly helpful staff, safe with security on site. Love this hotel, I will be returning next trip

We loved everything about this hotel. All staff from front desk to restaurant were great. Our room was large and spacious. The only minor thing I’d add is some art on the walls. Spacious, but bare. Some beautiful island photos would be great! The condition of everything was good. Our room was on the outside, not facing the pool so we had a view of a chain link fence and weeds and a partial ocean view. The kids loved the chickens and chicks coming by every day though. We also enjoyed the unofficial hotel cats. Many reviews complained about the 6 minute speed bump drive through the golf course to get out to the main road but it was not a problem for us and once you get through, you’re basically already at 7 miles beach and within 15 minutes of most things around. We also enjoyed the convenience of Sun Splash Tours operating right from the hotel dock and had a fantastic snorkeling & stingray city tour. We enjoyed the pool every day. We also loved the live music out by the pool on some evenings. Would love to experience a hotel on 7 mile beach but this hotel was great and I’d recommend it!

Great Staff. Beautiful Property. I have stayed here every time I've come to the Caymans. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the island.

Could be better for the price and location.
Location is remote. Hotel restaurant is the only option.

The property is amazing and we can’t wait to come back! The grounds and beautiful, the restaurant is top-notch, and the staff are so friendly! Incredible overall experience. We highly recommend!

Good things - great friendly staff, great location
What I dont like is 2nd bed (sofa come bed) - Matters was so mad that if you sleep one night, you will have back pain for sure.

Relaxing atmosphere , friendly staffs, nice view of the bay, pier and small beach provide access to water.
Cayman has eastern wind and the beach is facing east, a bit windy on our time
