Comfortable bed great location

A comfortable hotel in a central location with easy access to the interstate and very excellent customer service. The breakfast left a little to be desired but overall a very great and enjoyable experience.

Hotel staff was unprofessional and rude didn’t keep breakfast stocked room was dirty air didn’t work tub was dirty no soap was empty worse experience ever
Definitely lives up to a 3⭐️ standard for a 2 ⭐️

We were given a key to somebody’s room that was already occupied with all their luggage and clothes. Upon getting our new room, it smelled of smoke. It was a no smoking room. It had cigarette burns in the upholstery, and it was not clean the other room. We got that dirty towels, and a dirty ashtray in the bathroom do not recommend this location

I have been loyal to IHG for over 20 years and this was a very disappointing stay. How does the staff assign me to a room assigned by someone else already? Please explain why housekeeping thought it was okay to skip over making the bed? Did they think since I had pulled the covers up nothing else needed to be done? The final straw for me was running out of body wash while I was in the shower. Come on!!! No WiFi for 3 nights is not okay. While I do understand there was a power outage where is the technician coming from the east coast? Do many things went wrong on such a short stay. Don’t do it because I did it for you!!!

As far as generic hotels goes Avid drops the ball. It is a wanna be holiday inn operating like a budget hotel while keeping the holiday in price tag. They offer a stream from device for streaming apps to the TV but it wouldn't connect, with android or apple product. It had a trouble shooting number that when called was only a disconnected signal.

Very clean, not carpet floors (very good). Could have used a little more drawers for clothes, hanging space since we were there for three days with three sets of dress clothes each, but the several hooks scattered throughout served the purpose well enough. We also needed the free breakfast to have been open every day at 6 (especially since there were many of us staying at the same time who had to be at our convention early). We only got to use the grab and go items and, nice on the part of the staff, they did open the breakfast ten or fifteen minutes early, we could only rush through a little of the regular breakfast items. The only other complaint would be that the lights in the room and bathroom are all blaringly bright, which is a little overwhelming first thing in the morning when getting up before daylight. And the bathroom lights come on by motion sensor, which is very bothersome when getting up during the night to go to the bathroom. But overall very nice.

Upon arrival we were placed in a room with a toilet that would not shut off so I asked for a different room and they said no problem. Come to find out they charged me $23.53 twice for a change fee. 1 week later I’m still trying to resolve

First time stay and will return. The 24/7 fresh cup coffee was great! Didn’t eat breakfast because blackout curtain works so well! Rooms were clean and minimal. Only thing I didn’t like was no microwave in room. Would have preferred a slightly larger space for 3 night stay but we made it work. Good value, nice staff. Outside pool was not working so can’t speak to that. I would return.

This survey is obnoxiously long for no reason in pure honesty. Nobody is going to sit here and fill a book out. The room was very nice and very easy. Actually better experience than a more expensive hotel
