I recently stayed at Avid, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was basic but comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff.

Ok service not the best

The hotel was okay but it was my interaction with desk that did not go well, charging the wrong when I tried to give her the right one she was not pleasant. She seemed to be troubled with some things and I gave her grace. She just needs to slow down and listen and not be so brash. But Natsia was excellent, she fixed everything she was very pleasant and understanding and was patient

Amazing Staff Very Professional

We enjoyed our stay at this Avid location. The people and environment/location was beyond expectational. The management personal Chloe was very professional. She went above an beyond her call of duty! The room was pretty small but we are not complaining overall amazing. The hotel was really close to the airport as well my job site. Also, close to food places and markets. Thank you all we will be returning!

Review:

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean upon arrival, with noticeable dust and grime. The shower was particularly unpleasant, as it clearly had not been cleaned properly.

What made the stay even worse was the attitude of the management. When I raised my concerns, I was met with rudeness and a lack of concern for my experience. This is unacceptable, as customer service should be a priority in the hospitality industry.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor cleanliness and unprofessional management. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements for future guests.

Extremely Noisy

The hotel was in an excellent location and was so nice and clean. However, if you’re wanting to sleep, I would choose another hotel. The walls seemed like they were made of paper. We heard every noice outside. Every single car that had loud pipes on it sounded like it was in our room. We even heard the tv of the people in the room next door.

Great Customer Service

The entire property from check-in, pool, fitness room and room was clean. I enjoyed the 24hr access to coffee and tea. Breakfast options could be a little better but the staff was amazing. I asked questions about the area and received the information I needed. I had the kids with me and needed a little extra pool time and received it without any attitude.

The day I checked in the female guest associate had a lack of desire and did not seem to take a great interest in helping guest but rather sitting down and talking in her phone about personal issues.

A comfortable hotel in a central location with easy access to the interstate and very excellent customer service. The breakfast left a little to be desired but overall a very great and enjoyable experience.
