Beds were comfortable, service was extremely friendly and room was very clean.
Room cleanliness didn't meet pre-COVID standards.

I sent an earlier email to the GM via the DOS for which I have not received a reply. The main issue was with the cleanliness of the room and I included photos of areas of concern. The kitchen table/desk had some crusted on "stuff" that shouldn't have been there. The coffee maker was absolutely filthy causing me not to use it. There were grease streaks on the cooktop but the topper was the toaster which had crumbs all around it. Clearly it had not been cleaned in some time. The shower drain, didn't so you get to stand in the water while you shower. (Engineering should look at this issue.) Since these were morning discovery issues, I reported them to the desk clerk as I checked out and suggested to him that the head housekeep should be informed and I requested the GM's card do I could send pictures directly to him. No card could be found so he have me Eric's card and offered me 2,000 additional points which to date have not been received. I will be happy to resend the photos once I get the GM's email and am able to send directly without the possibility of ending up in the DOS' spam folder.
Absolutely AWFUL do not stay here

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I don't have the option to put 0. This is the worst IHG hotel that I have ever stayed at!! The room was filthy and stunk. The couch was disgusting and smelled horrible. The TV didn't work, first I thought it was because there were no batteries in the remote but the power cord was missing. The front desk was absolutely no help at all. The bathroom was really disgusting as well. It had hair and dirt in the corners. The towel holder feel off the wall when I grabbed a towel off of it. When I brought everything to their attention at checkout they were not accommodating at all. They offered to take $10 off a $250 bill. What a joke. I have called numerous times and have never received a call back or anything.

Recently just PCS’d to Fort Bliss and need a Hotel for 17 days. Rates were great, room was comfortable staff was outstanding, and not to mention dog friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to a Candlewood, this is my second time in a Candlewood and will start using them more when on the road.

I recently had a 10 day stay at the Candlewood Suites Hotel. Much to my delight the room was like a mini studio apartment with a full kitchen. My room/bathroom was spotless. They also allow pets which I /liked. Laura and Debbie were great historians with vast knowledge of the area. Daniel was very helpful also. The cleaning staff were very nice and laundry is open 24/7 making it easy to do my wash. The hotel is in a safe location and it was very close to my family's house. I found Medford easy to navigate. Thank you to the staff at Candlewood Suites!

I will recommend Candlewood to my friends, family and coworkers, if they visit the Medford Oregon area. The staff was great, from the customer service to the house keeping. GREAT

Lovely place to stay.they have extra games to borrow. Have a little store. Free laundry. Free newspaper. Great service. Quietude beds were so comfortable

We had a late arrival to the hotel and the staff were great in getting us and our dogs immediately into our room. The room was perfect for our one night stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our dogs gave the experience a 10 out of 10! I'd book again in an instant as we were totally satisfied with every aspect of our stay!

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The pillows were great as well. The room was large, the kitchen area perfect sized.
The cleanliness was outstanding and the service was beyond excellent.
