Amazing hotel, employer very kind. Super clean, confortable and easy. Only the shuttle do not work. Nonody answer my messages. Cell phone nomworking. I need to pay a taxi

I chose this hotel to stay at after a week on a cruise ship with 3 children. I needed to stay close to the airport and it was convenient. However, it says online that there is a pool at this hotel, and there was not a pool. We were disappointed needless to say. Please update your website. :)

Don't come for the breakfast.

This was my second stay in an AVID hotel and probably my last. On my previous stay, in Lancaster, PA, breakfast choices included Jimmy Dean sausage and egg croissants or biscuits. That is what influenced me to stay at an AVID hotel again. Alas, at this location, they were not available. Hot breakfast offerings consisted of some scrambled yellow stuff which may or may not have been eggs and a steam table pan full of bacon bits that looked absolutely disgusting. So, the room was a 5 but the breakfast was a 1, resulting in an average score of 3 stars.

I've been an IHG member for some years now and have been in multiple locations and in different states. This location was the second best (Orlando Breeze Resort being #1) that I've stayed at. The room decor was by far better than any other location. The hotel looked fairly new. My only issue and the reason for 4 stars is the front desk young lady. When I arrived she wasn't at the desk so I was there for a few minutes before she came out from the back. She didn't look up me nor speak until she got to her computer because she was too busy in her phone. When I came through the lobby three times after that she was STILL deep into her phone, leaning all over the counter, and not looking up to see who is coming through or out. I don't have a problem with anyone being on their phone, especially if they are there alone with no entertainment. My problem is that you're in the customer service business, put the phone down long enough to attend to the customers and greet them as they come in.

My parents stayed and mentioned that the room was very small and that there wasn’t room to move around my father hit his head on the dresser. Very disappointed since we were on a trip to Orlando and I was driving home and he needed a place to stay since his flight wasn’t until the next day.

Needed two rooms and budget priced hotel near the airport. This hotel provided both. Overall, neat and clean. Small to medium sized rooms. You get what you pay for.

It looks like it is new and all facilities are very clean despite being so close to the highway. It is perfect for a night's rest before a flight.

Nice rooms, Courteous staff. Breakfast left a little to be desired but at the price point it was very worthwhile. We stayed one night on each side of a cruise and it fit our purposes perfectly.

Loved staying here ! Was a really nice hotel .. didn’t get to use all the amenities.. so definitely will be back if I ever need a hotel in Orlando
