We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pueblo with Avid. Clean, quiet, conveniently located, fantastic breakfast. Sustainability very noticeable throughout the hotel. We will definitely return!!

First time staying at an AVID and I was impressed with how nice the staff is and the hotel is very clean, quiet and a nice location

The hotel was a new hotel so was very clean. The 24 hour coffee machine should be in all hotels, very nice. The room was small and the only two amenities were a tiny refrigerator and steam iron. Most the Staff were Friedly and courteous. The breakfast was not that good.
This would be a good hotel for a single person passing through.
I was also disappointed that IHG only allows you to use points on one room and there were no suites in any of the hotels that I could use points despite my family needed atlest four beds. I got the points with suites and multi-rooms.

Stay there for work was checked into a dirty room, bed not made, toilet not flushed, the elevator was broke, told night manager she got me a new room and promised 10k points or more.. never got them.. morning manager said no problem for points and its a week later and still nothing,

Thank you for the early check in , night person needs to be more professional and not be on his phone texting when checking someone out . New hotel but there is a lot of dust so made it seem very dirty

Charged twice

I have stayed at this hotel twice now the first time I booked I was charged and when I arrived for check-in, I was charged again. This was quickly handled and refunded when I booked again for two rooms for a fully refundable room and pay at the property. I was charged prior to check in. When I called on this when I got the notification that my card was being charged, I was told they run the cards day of to make sure there are funds available. When our party arrived we changed out the card on file for one of the rooms however, I was still charged for both rooms. I had to call the hotel and have this fixed. I have never had a problem like this with any of the other IHG chains. Other than this the hotel is a fairly decent place to stay for a night.

Great experience! Would stay again!

The room was comfortable, clean, well stocked with towels and bathroom amenities. Loved the black out blinds and comfortable bed.

Booked directly with hotel, because I have a severe dog allergy I asked if they permitted dogs. Only service animals was the answer which was OK so I proceeded to book.
Check in was awful, think man must be new to the job. Took ages to check in. Then we hear barking on same floor, small white dog clearly not a service dog given the person holding it in their arms and the bling! Called the front desk who said even if it’s clearly just a pet they cannot ask if it’s a service dog or not! WTH!
The walls are paper thin, noisy guests checked in after midnight next door. We could hear them lowering the blinds among other things, apparently non existent or ineffectual sound proofing.
The room itself is fairly useless, only one small office chair and a thin desk like bench, more just a shelf The end of bed and the wall are so close It’s cramped for two people. The bathroom is more spacious than the room!
Everything looks like cheapo IKEA style with poor function. Refrigerator is tiny , TV dominates the room. The hotel is less than a year old yet it looks beaten up in places.
What can I say that’s positive. Great icemaker in the reception area.

On Verge of a European Efficiency Hotel

This hotel stay was a unique option that simple travelers will enjoy. It was Efficient. No fluff. Exact what one might need. The rooms were comfortable, intimate and fun, in design and colour. Though breakfast was the usual eggs and bacon, the overall feel was more continental than true breakfast one might get at from a Holiday inn Exprees, or Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
This product will definite appeal to a traveler that just need the basics.
The staff was nice and chill. Someone was always present at the desk and were helpful with directions and questions one might have. Around the hotel were several small shopping area that offer mexican food and small business that one could patronize.

Newer Hotel - But Still Not Great

This hotel advertises great value and brand new amenities for its guests, but still fell short on delivery. The rooms have very thin walls and loud A/C units, causing light sleepers to suffer. The cleanliness of the room was less than ideal and the overhead bathroom light flickered nonstop.
