Welcoming beach resort with lots of kids centric activities.

I stayed here just for one night and as a IHG member was upgraded to a fantastic room/suite. The hotel was busy with families as the hotel has many facilities for children. Cross the road and you’re on the beach for a great walk or swim. Friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast. All in all an excellent hotel in a good location.

So relaxing and comfortable.good location and good staff。 breakfast is great, basically I can taste the east to the west. Kids can also find what they like.For example gum bear candies and chocolates and stuff like that. A variety of recreational activities for kids is really a relief for parents

The overall experience in Sanya Holiday Inn is good, except for the final day.
The last day I am in Sanya happened to meet the Sanya Marathon activity. Nobody inform me before. I check out and stay in the lobby wondering why there is no taxi answering my call. From other customer, I knew that because of the Marathon, the road in front of the hotel has been blocked. No vehicle is able to come. The marathon would be finished around 12 am.
I am speechless. My plane will take off on 12 am. I rush to the reception and wonder if they have any ways get me to the airport in time. I am with my 3 years daughter and 63 years mother with me. Walking is never an option.
Thank you for your employees. One manager coordinate the golf car sending us to the front door of the hotel. One of your employee using her own car sending us to the airport.
I will never catch the plane without your help. Thank you for saving my day.

The beach is beautiful and the swimming pool is wonderful. This is my second time visiting sanya in this hotel, and I enjoy my stay very much. Here thanks Hana孙诗韵, she helped a lot during my stay, me and my family had a great time here.

1. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
2. Varieties of food for breakfast and even kids meal.
3. Walkable distance to beach.
4. Many facilities in the hotel which is kid friendly.
5. Pool is huge but should have opened earlier timing, 9am is a bit late.
6. Not much amenities around but easy to travel with DiDi.
7. Check in process should have speed up.
8. Lobby a bit hot.
