New and Clean

This hotel is very clean. The dog area is very small. Most of the front parking is taken up by EV chargers, which is super lame. Pool, hot tub, and gym are all decent. The ice dispenser is on the main lobby along with the ice buckets, which was a bit odd.
Breakfast demand was really high and they did not have a very good turn around with resupplying food.
The beds are decently comfortable. However, the rooms are similar to being in a college dorm. No additional cozy chair. Very stale. Close to downtown. Decent location.

This was my first stay in an Avid Hotel of the IHG family, a bit smaller than I'm used to but was plenty of room and comfortable for my one night stay for work
Would start again and try others.

Avid hotels have become my 2nd choice after Holiday Inn Express. Very simple rooms, which is all I need. This hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient location.

New Modern Hotel.

First time we'd stayed in an Avid IHG hotel. Modern, clean, minimal, digital...very good. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great spot if you're just passing through. Design, staff, amenities were friendly and good. Only thing that is minor is the TV remote was quirky and the street noise was moderate. I'd stay again if in Wenatchee for a night or two.

Clean hotel in a nice area

Extremely clean hotel, very nice bathroom with nice shower, although the water pressure could have been a little better. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and we never had to ask for more. The complimentary breakfast was very good with quite a few options for both hot and cold items. Hotel was in a nice area with beautiful surrounding mountains. The reason I only gave four stars instead of five was because although there was a small refridgerator in the room, there was no microwave. I thought that was very odd. There is a microwave downstairs in the lobby you can use, but it made it inconvenient to have to take the elevator down to the lobby every time you wanted to heat something up. The other reason for the lower rating is the TV in the room. It had cable channels, but no channel guide whatsoever, neither on the TV nor anywhere in the room, so you just had to flip through the channels any figure out what was on each channel. Not only that, but when you flip through the channels, it takes anywhere from 3 to 8 seconds for it to actually change the channel. Very annoying. I’m not sure if this was a problem with just the TV that was in our room or if they are all like this. However a channel guide would have helped with that so we wouldn’t have had to flip through channels to figure out what we wanted to watch. Although everything else with the hotel was great, I probably would choose another hotel in the area next time as I found the TV and microwave issue pretty annoying. If these issues don’t bother you, then this is an awesome hotel!

Not worth the price

This hotel is overpriced for the quality of the room and the breakfast, as well as the staff response time or concern. They say one thing and then do another. They lack knowledge of their rooms and what the items are in the room. Their lack of knowledge or care made me late for my meeting, with NO WAKE-UP CALL. And the breakfast left a great deal to be desired. Hard frozen breakfast sandwiches and very tasteless.
