This was my first stay at an AVID hotel and it could not have been better. it was excellent from check in to check out.

i had a great time at the hotel with very clean rooms and all its details, the bathroom was very big with a small room, the food was very tasteful and served on time.

I booked this hotel using IHG points, but my stay was extremely disappointing. On the first night, around 11 PM, two other guests were able to open my room door due to a hotel error in issuing room keys. This was a major security concern.

Additionally, the hotel mistakenly charged my credit card for the stay. Although I was told that this was their error and that a refund would be issued, it has been over two weeks and I still have not received it.

Overall, the hotel’s management seems disorganized, and I cannot recommend it due to the safety and billing issues I experienced.

Quick, clean, as it should

Room was clean and nice. everything worked as I used it. HVAC did not seem to work as intended. Fan speed did not change (high vs low) stayed the same. Also tried to shut unit down(off) and fan ran all night.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The basics were good -- good bed, good bathroom, clean, etc. Breakfast was 3-star. However, the king-bed room was very "tight" and minimal. No room for 2 people to sit, except on the bed. The hotel's *one* ice machine was broken and out of service. OK for one-night stays. Would not book again for 2-or-more night stays.

The breakfast was a bit subpar. We have stayed at numerous hotels in the area and the breakfast here was probably the worst. Not a big deal to me, they are never particularly good. They had the usual options of cereal, baked goods, some not so fresh fruit, and reconstituted scrambled eggs with a rotating meat option (usually sausage).
The workout area was adequate. It had free weights, treadmill, stair climber and some tension bands. Meh, but it works.
The rooms were clean. The bed was reasonable but I have definitely had more comfortable mattresses at other hotels. Notably though, NO BEDBUGS!!! That was a huge plus because I have had 2 bed bug hotels in this area.
The rate was very reasonable for the rooms. I will likely book here again in the future.

This seems geared toward younger hotel clients, lots of teen sports teams in attendance. For IHG, I think I would have expected the price of this line of hotels to be on the lower end but that wasn’t really the case, at least in this city during this time of year.

Great hotel one big problem

Comfortable hotel. Very new looking. Loved the 24hr coffee.

One major issue, housekeeping came to empty trash and provide new towels and thru the deadbolt to prop door open. Problem was they never locked the door when they were done and left the room open with all my stuff in it for hours until I returned.
I spoke to manager on duty who was sorry and said that the head housekeeping staff would talk to me next day. They never came. Room trash and towels not replaced that day. Nothing was done to address the issue or offer compensation.

Love the new look. Very clean. Travel with a pet. Hotel had a section off pet rooms. First Floor. Family get-together in the hallway. The manager ate with the crew. His was there early and late. Remember me of being in the military. He watched the hotel! Also worked with the team members. The Head Chef, took care of the kitchen, how can we help you. My first impression was Mr. Thomas. I would say he is the manager's (Mr. Clarance) pupil. We will return. The fresh grounding coffee machine was the best. Fresh coffee all the time. Mr. Clarance's pride and joy. A must try!

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently for a Night. I was pleased with cleanliness and over all ambience. The king bed was very comfortable. I didn't want to get up the next morning I was so comfortable. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. I do have 1 little complaint, breakfast was up when we came down. But honestly that was our fault, bed was just to comfy to get up.. lol I highly recommend this hotel if you want a goodnight sleep

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel felt very clean and modern. The beds were really comfortable and we loved the hard surface flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved windows and natural light in the eating area. Our only issue was having a more consistent temperature at night in the room as we would get hot before the a/c kicked on. Overall we would highly recommend this location!
