The breakfast was a bit subpar. We have stayed at numerous hotels in the area and the breakfast here was probably the worst. Not a big deal to me, they are never particularly good. They had the usual options of cereal, baked goods, some not so fresh fruit, and reconstituted scrambled eggs with a rotating meat option (usually sausage).
The workout area was adequate. It had free weights, treadmill, stair climber and some tension bands. Meh, but it works.
The rooms were clean. The bed was reasonable but I have definitely had more comfortable mattresses at other hotels. Notably though, NO BEDBUGS!!! That was a huge plus because I have had 2 bed bug hotels in this area.
The rate was very reasonable for the rooms. I will likely book here again in the future.

This seems geared toward younger hotel clients, lots of teen sports teams in attendance. For IHG, I think I would have expected the price of this line of hotels to be on the lower end but that wasn’t really the case, at least in this city during this time of year.

Great hotel one big problem

Comfortable hotel. Very new looking. Loved the 24hr coffee.

One major issue, housekeeping came to empty trash and provide new towels and thru the deadbolt to prop door open. Problem was they never locked the door when they were done and left the room open with all my stuff in it for hours until I returned.
I spoke to manager on duty who was sorry and said that the head housekeeping staff would talk to me next day. They never came. Room trash and towels not replaced that day. Nothing was done to address the issue or offer compensation.

Love the new look. Very clean. Travel with a pet. Hotel had a section off pet rooms. First Floor. Family get-together in the hallway. The manager ate with the crew. His was there early and late. Remember me of being in the military. He watched the hotel! Also worked with the team members. The Head Chef, took care of the kitchen, how can we help you. My first impression was Mr. Thomas. I would say he is the manager's (Mr. Clarance) pupil. We will return. The fresh grounding coffee machine was the best. Fresh coffee all the time. Mr. Clarance's pride and joy. A must try!

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently for a Night. I was pleased with cleanliness and over all ambience. The king bed was very comfortable. I didn't want to get up the next morning I was so comfortable. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. I do have 1 little complaint, breakfast was up when we came down. But honestly that was our fault, bed was just to comfy to get up.. lol I highly recommend this hotel if you want a goodnight sleep

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel felt very clean and modern. The beds were really comfortable and we loved the hard surface flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved windows and natural light in the eating area. Our only issue was having a more consistent temperature at night in the room as we would get hot before the a/c kicked on. Overall we would highly recommend this location!

Our sheets were not changed the whole time we were there. The shower was always dirty. We never did get clean towels and wash rags until we asked for them at 11 o’clock one night. The ice machine was always out. There should be more ice machines in the facility

My husband is in ICU in Cincinnati and I live 50 minutes away from the hospital. I was able to work a few days and travel to the hospital and have a very nice place to rest at night. The staff was so amazing and sympathetic. The hotel was so nice and clean.

Wonderful hotel and experience. The young man working the front on the morning of June 9th should be commended for his hard work ethic. It was clear that he takes pride in his job and had attention to detail.

Unless it's a steal of a deal, skip this hotel

I was excited for our stay at this hotel (for a travel sports tournament) because I thought, being a new brand, it would be a cool new place to stay. Perhaps like a budget version of aLoft. While the outside and lobby do look cool, new and contemporary, the room left a lot to be desired. There's only one chair (at the desk) in the room for seating besides the beds, and a built-in bench. An additional bench/ottoman in our room was missing a leg and unusable. There's a small fridge, which wasn't very cold and didn't seem to have any settings, and no microwave or coffee pot (there is 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby, which was nice and made up for that fact). The room shifted between being too warm and blowing cold air directly on whoever was sitting at the desk. It had roller blinds/shades that would not go up. Lamps are built in, which was convenient, but the one over the desk didn't work. Our TV would not turn on and doesn't rotate at all. Eventually my husband was able to reach around enough to realize it was not at all plugged in. The bathroom was clean but the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak and we were only given two bath towels for our family of 3. On our first morning, my husband went to breakfast early and found there were no plates or forks. My son and I went later and found the oatmeal pot and one of the two cereal dispensers were not working. For a weekend when several teams of young athletes were staying on the premises, there did not seem to be ample food for everyone, and no grab-and-go options as the website advertises. On the plus side, since we were only there for two nights, I did not expect any housekeeping service. We returned the afternoon of our second day to see our trash had been taken out, towels replaced and beds made. It was nice to have, but if I had known to expect it, I would not have left our belongings on the bed.
