Great staff service

My stay would have been perfect but there's one missing in the room, the mini bar. I wish they provided a mini bar even with soft drinks only and at least there's a place to store food that needs to be kept in low temperature.

Hotel front desk staff is efficient and welcoming. Other staff I met are also very polite and professional.
Room is perfect for me: could see a golf park from big floor to ceiling window, the bathroom space is large and there is a small closet room on the side of the door.
I will choose this hotel next time I visit Shijiazhuang.

I would also like to thank Apirl for her constant care to me. I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service, attention to detail and the overall warmth and hospitality provided by her.
Everything was absolutely superb - the room, the facilities, the service. Even though this is a large hotel that is part of a chain, every attempt is made to create a personalized experience for guests. I am beyond impressed and I can't recommend this hotel strongly enough.

Overall a satisfactory stay but something seems to be missing as Intercontinental Hotel is supposed to be the top luxury hotel of IHG and that was not felt.

Overall, a very pleasant at at this hotel. Very attentive staff, and swift check in / check out procedure
Rooms well presented with everything you could want (and expect)
Breakfast in the main restaurant was my preference to the club room

每週偶爾有一兩天客房收拾不仔細，沒有補充毛巾和瓶裝水，沖涼房下水沒有清理頭髮導至堵塞。除此之外都比較滿意。

前台人员服务态度特别亲切，房间打扫很干净，我特别要提到每次帮我预订酒店房间的杨红，效率之高有求必应，而且都会熟悉我入住的习惯，尽可能安排离电梯近的房间，很多事情会随着入住的次数多，贵酒店都会纪录客人的习惯，特别人性化特别难得！
