Meet The Chef de Cuisine

Chef Jason Kohl brings nearly two decades of culinary expertise to The Americano, with experience at Walt Disney World’s Victoria & Albert’s and California Grill, Ritz-Carlton properties in Boston and Orlando, and Maritana at The Don Cesar. As Chef de Cuisine, he blends refined technique, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful hospitality.
