Good service and good environment. However, the executive lounge at IC Taiyuan is not provided to any IHG member for free. Maybe you can take a look to see if IHG member at certain level or above can enjoy the executive lounge for free.

The hotel is located at the Changfeng business center, which is convenient from almost all aspect

Really outstanding superior service! Room items were really nice with small gifts. Exlucive launge food, drinks and service very good. Gym very good for traveling people.
An Impressive Stay

I didn't expect the stay to be such a delightful one. We made the reservation with points. The first room they gave us was fine. However, the bathroom floor was a little bit dirty. After we called the front desk, the manager updated us to a suite room with a great view. The staff at the front desk are also kind and super helpful. Even though there was a small problem with the first room, they solve it perfectly. Definitely will come back again.

During my stay, it seemed as if Ambassador status did not warrant any additional benefits for lounge access or breakfast inclusion.
