Staff went above and beyond on a simple request for ice - made sure we had plenty and was sealed to minimize leaking!!

This was my fourth visit to the property and although the staff I encountered were all new to me the experience was entirely the same as my previous visit.
If anything the food offering in the Club Lounge was even better than on previous visits.

Spent a weekend break at the intercontinental Wellington. The hotel is well located, staff are very helpful, and the bar is a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy a drink and platter of food. I’m already looking forward to a rerun trip.

We have now stayed at the Intercontinental in Wellington on numerous occasions and each time we are blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We are welcomed on arrival by name and acknowledged by name throughout our stay. It definitely makes the guest feel wanted and appreciated.

Hotel offered excellent customer service and hospitality. The rooms were very clean. I would stay at this location if I were back in the area. Good job to all hotel staff!
