L'offerta culinaria del ristorante è guidata da Cosimo Urso, un esperto culinario con oltre 10 anni di esperienza in prestigiosi hotel e resort in Italia e nella Repubblica Dominicana. Ha collaborato con lo chef Martín Berasategui a vari progetti in America Latina e Spagna e attualmente è Executive Chef presso Kimpton Las Mercedes nella Repubblica Dominicana.
