A stone’s throw from the old walled City of London, Farringdon has a long history as a creative hub, with jewellers and bookbinders calling it home for centuries. Inspired by Charles Dickens, the cosy, bookish space features ink pots, quills, embossing tools and, vintage books, with leather, brass, and deep-hued tweeds adding Victorian charm.

Relaxed by day and lively by night, it serves signature Negronis, classic cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks, along with regular live gigs and events.

Every room at Ruby Stella is a soundproofed sanctuary. Luxurious pocket-spring mattresses, oversized bedding, and rainfall showers with aromatherapy products create an atmosphere built for restorative sleep.
