Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Stayed for one month and had a great experience. Very clean and surprising amenities but it was the staff that made it a great stay. Juggling packages I accidently lost my charge card. In the room minutes later I got a call from the desk and was told a member of the staff had found the card and turned it in. I am afraid that not every place in the world would have been that honest and concerned. The entire stay was marked by that courtesy and attention. Wonderful place even better people. May 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay I was in the area for only one night for my first day of clinical training on Tues. and wanted to stay close to the location. This site was about 20 min away making it easier for the morning commute. I enjoyed everything about the stay. I am a smoker and respect others so even in a smoking room I like to open the window to let some air in and smoke out. There was no screen on the window so the bugs started to come into my room after dark. This was the only downside. The staff printed off directions and gave me suggestions on how to get to the location the next morning. May 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and room quality great Manager Henry was fantastic, his staff is impeccable. If I go back to the area again, I will stay at this Candlewood Suites. They are fantastic. Never stayed at a place that bent over backwards to please their customers. The free laundry service was great. Saved me a ton of money. The staff and cleaning crew are the best. I will miss being treated like a royal member. You all are the cream of the crop. Thank you so much for the time I had with all of you. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous bed, great space, LOVE, Love, Love the staff here! I just completed a 6 month stay the The Candlewood In Suites in Apex NC. I was there on a business project. There are no words to express how professionally, kindly, and respectfully I was treated during my entire stay. I felt like the entire staff was my extended family. I have been gone a week now as my work project in Apex ended and I miss them all! I was very well taken care of. House keeping exceeded my expectations as did the office and front desk staff. I feel sure I will have reason to revisit that area in the future and will definitely call upon my Candlewood family for housing! I love and miss ya'll! I'll be in touch! Lynn June 22, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by a little disappointed this time Company always puts us at this location when in town, but this time I was really disappointed that I observed trash/garbage left outside the trash recepticles in the hallways was still there the next morning. This was not a one time observation. Guess the overnight person is too busy with other things. May 26, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best stay in a hotel we have had in years We picked this hotel for its location and suite options as we brought a group of athletes to reconnoiter a triathlon race course event in the area in June 2103. The hotel is new, so everything is in perfect shape, the rooms were spacious, clean and relaxing. The beds and linens very comfoortable. The amenities are exceptional, free wi-fi, free laundry, free gas grill under a gazebo, unlimited tea and coffee in the reception area. Cherry and Henry and their staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly and went over the top to accommodate us all together on the same floor, and meet all off our needs. I have nothing but praise for this hotel, will certainly recommend to everyone and we will be returning in June for the race and again next year. March 8, 2013

Usually, I have my kids with me and the room was more than sufficient for all of us. A roll away bed was provided at no charge, which is always a plus. I would recommend this place to everyone. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Following Instructions I have stayed at this Candlewood 4-5 times in the last month or so and I am a Priority Rewards member. While the rooms are very nice and comfortable, I find it of great concern that even when I have paid for my room in cash upon check-in and requested my card not be authorized for the room rate (and this is agreed to by management), my card is STILL authorized. This creates quite a headache for me. Even after I follow management's instructions and make tons of special notes in my onlilne reservation, and there are apparently notes in their system in my "account profile" (or whatever it's called) , the inept front desk clerk on duty (the same one who has FAILED to provide me with receipts and claims to be "so busy" to explain why he appears to be such a scatterbrain) "confirms" my card will not be authorized, MY CARD IS STILL AUTHORIZED. When I stayed at the Candlewood in Jacksonville, NC, this was NEVER AN ISSUE. I recently stayed at a Hilton brand hotel in Cary, NC. I paid for my suite in CASH upon check-in, and even though my card was on file to reserve the suite, my card was NOT charged. With that being said, the hotel is the nicest in Apex, NC but, customer service (mainly following basic instructions) leaves much to be desired. While the necessary steps were done to correct the error (with the biggest headache being during Christmas week), if the errors had never happened............ January 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First time at a Candlewood Suites, will stay again I've never stayed at a Candlewood Suites hotel before this visit. As soon as I walked in the door, the desk clerk greeted me. He was very friendly and let me know that my friends had already checked in. He made sure I was getting the type of room I asked for, and check-in was a quick process. When I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room, because I drink a lot of coffee; he made sure I had extra coffee. I noticed the gym when I was heading to my room. Although I didn't use it, I could see that it was clean, and the machines were plentiful and up-to-date. I really liked the suite. The room was clean, set up well, roomy, and functional. I had no problems getting onto the Internet with my laptop. My bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I will defiinitely be staying at Candlewood Suites again! November 3, 2012
