    Lack of kitchen items

    Very limited number of plates, glasses, etc. Means you either have to wash the dishes by hand every time you eat, or run the dishwasher every time (and it is loud). Also would be nice to have some kind of small oven (toaster oven?)

    NEVER AGAIN

    I travel weekly and have to say this was the worst experience that I had had. When I arrived, people were milling around outside of the front entrance and it was very evident that they did not belong there. The check in reminded me of a sleazy $20 hotel. When I stepped out of the elevator, I was immediately struck with a pungent odor. The corridor did not have any outside air which made the odor worse. When I entered the room, the smell of carpet freshener was overwhelming. I tried to stay in the room but could not stand the odor. I complained to the gent at the front desk. He told that he could do nothing about it. I left and found a room elsewhere. BEWARE...

We have not received any reports of people loitering around the front entrance, or of any of our floors smelling of some pungent odor. We definitely have not had any reports of our rooms having foul odors. Our Front Desk Associates are trained to respond to any and all reports in our hotel.
