    calling front desk

    I've been calling the front desk since 7:45 am today with no answer. My first call was answered with a hang up and I've been calling back with no answer, and no return call back to my room. I will be going down to see if maybe hotel employee is in distress, and to get employee name to complete my review. (I was calling front desk to see if papers had been delivered yet#. Also this isn't the first time this has happened I will see if this is the same person because its the same shift. I am a long term guest. I will be speaking to the hotel manager #I should have told him about this issue before.) Housekeepers are the greatest that I've ever had at any hotel, and Lady J in Laundry rm is the best!! Mike at front desk has been wonderful, especially when cable is out and for all other major issues. I will write another review after I find out aboiut what"s going on with no one answering front desk phone today. (It's now 9:07 am I just tried front desk again still no answer. Interesting.

    Dear Guest, We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to have hosted your extended stay. We are very sorry to hear, however, that it was not a superb experience. We are in the process of looking into a possible malfunction in our phones, as it is quite unusual for our front desk staff to not answer the phones being that they are at the desk at all times. Whatever the reason, we are very sorry that you encountered such an inconvenience, Thank you for your positive feedback regarding our housekeeping staff, they sure do a great job.     Always enjoy staying at Candlewood suites. Having your own kitchen if needed is a great option.
