    I was in town for a graduation and got this hotel that was a bit out from where I needed it to be. This place is great. The kitchen in the room had everything. There was so much room for all my stuff. Full size appliances. Everything was brand new and clean. The girl at the desk, Ally, was so good. She made checking in easy and fun. What a great rep for any company. They were all very helpful and always cheerful

We are an extended stay hotel but we do welcome all types of travelers! Since we are extended stay, all of our rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a couple sets of pots, pans, utensils, etc. We have a wide set of amenities to cater to extended stays, but we also find that our transient guest enjoy these amenities when visiting family or traveling for business! It's nice to have a place to cook a meal and congregate with your loved ones.     Home away from home

    Candlewood employees to a person were down-to-earth and friendly. Each responded to questions with interest and helpful answers, even to printing directions to a destination; I didn't had to find them online and print them myself.

    Both the separate bedroom and the open space were roomy and well appointed. We found the king size bed comfortable and supportive. A good bed/mattress can make all the difference in getting a good night's sleep!

    We suggest offering more food options in Cook's Cupboard. Much of what's offered contains quite a bit of sugar and/or fat. Folks with diabetes and those of us watching our weight found few healthy choices.

    great value and nice staff

    We stay in IHG family hotels 9 months out of the year. CS is a good value. This particular hotel was not up to par with the bedding, overall. The mattress cover seemed hot, maybe plastic, and the mattress itself was lumpy and too soft. I had a king bed and even slept in the middle to find firmness, but to no avail. Not all CS bedding is uncomfortable, but this one was. The staff was friendly, however, the "kid" who checked us in, did not acknowledge my partner's platinum plus status or my gold status. We were not offered points vs gift bag but there was a gift bag in each of our rooms when we arrived. We would rather have had the 500 points. Laundry room needs to post some rules about people leaving their laundry unattended, therefore, making it difficult for others to use equipment. The EASTER decor needs to come down!!! That is just laziness. I notice everything. I normally smell smoke at CS, however, I did not experience this at this locale.
