Kept calling the front desk. I was put on hold and hung up.on when I asked simple questions. Had to put us on the 8th floor..there were children running around and screaming in the halls and in pool area. Couldn't even enjoy the bar area.

We are so glad we stayed within the IHG family for our Mini Reunion. Everyone had a wonderful time, the staff was great and always ready to accommodate requests. The TGI Friday's staff was just an extension of the hotel, great service, great food and great staff too.
