Comfortable hotel and value for money

Value for money hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Shuttle service available for short distance travel and walking distance to the famous Natick Mall.

Great property at a great value. Convenient location with many options to for eating both in the hotel and around it in the surrounding area. Easy access to the highway as well.

Shabby, Not Chic!

When did the Crowne brand become so shabby? Just a few of the issues:
1. Room was cramped and stuffy.
2. Carpets unclean, we had to request it be vacuumed.
3. Bathroom was run down (broken tiles, rust water stains, dust bunnies) and unclean.
4. Something was growing on the wall paper (discolored and peeling).
5. Soap, etc. were only provided if requested.
6. Air conditioner either worked or it didn't, but it always made noise.

Clean, efficient stay. Nice fitness room. Convenient location right on route 9. Boston one way, Natick all around. Lots of sidewalks for running adjacent to hotel.
