Customer service was not great

Customer service was not very good, especially with the shuttle drivers. Also, not having any a/c or heater was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We apologize for the difficulties you encountered - we had a major mechanical piece of our cooling system go down, and it needed to be custom made and delivered to the property - we are happy to say the situation has been corrected and the building's HVAC system is back operational. Could have been better

I stayed here for business purposes and was disappointed with the service overall. Half of the rooms had no air conditioning for the entire week of our stay and the hotel staff, while aware of this prior to our arrival, failed to forewarn anyone. Part of our group had some issues with the shuttle bus not showing up as scheduled, and still only arriving to pick them up over an hour late after several calls to the front desk staff. And the front desk staff, for the most part, seemed to care less about any issues you brought to their attention. The restaurant and bar staff were FANTASTIC though, I enjoyed every breakfast I had at the hotel.

Thank you for sharing your comments - we are truly sorry for the difficulties you experienced with the air. A major coil of ours went down in our AC unit that had to be custom repaired. NEEDS UPDATING

HOTEL WAS NOTHING SPECTACULAR. THE INTERIOR APPEARS TO NEED SOME UPDATING. ONE NICE AMENITY THE ROOMS HAVE IS PILLOW SPRAY, HOWEVER, MY BOTTLE WAS BROKEN AND BEING THAT I WAS AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THE FRONT DESK, I DID NOT FIND IT WORTH IT TO REQUEST ANOTHER.

bad internet, miss-informed

I have been staying at this hotel for business for 4 years. I am going to look for another hotel in the future as I have been very unhappy with this hotel the last few times I have stayed. I need internet for work and last two times I have not been able to get my computer to work on their internet. Decided to take AC unit off line for two out of the 4 days I was there, room very humid. Told they would shuttle our employees to/from hotel and then told no once we arrived, had to rent rental cars. Very disappointed with this particular hotel, but will still stay at others.
