My flight arrived at 07:00 and the check-in staff immediately secured an available room for me, even though I am way ahead of hotel's check-in time. Check-out was super fast and hotel shuttle dropped me off at DCA in less than 10 min. Highly recommended for business/leisure travel to DC area. 13 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Holida Inn Crystal City Staff was excellent. Overall the Hotel was clean and the shuttle was very convenient to utilize for local travel. Bar on site was a little pricey, but still very nice with equally as friendly of a staff. 02 December 2014

On my recent business trip to D.C., I became extremely ill with a terrible flu and I was not able to fly home on the day that I was scheduled to. All of my co-workers left town and I was there at the hotel all by myself, a long way from home, and very sick. All of the hotel staff did whatever they could to make sure that I had everything that I needed to get better and get back home to my family. I'll never forget what they all did for me. Their kindness and support was much more than I ever expected. To everyone at the Holiday Inn in Crystal City - thank you so much for everything you did for me. 01 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rainy Stay in DC Arrived with rain and cold weather, but received warm greeting from Front Desk (Krisda and Laura) who were helpful, friendly and great greeters to the hotel. The shuttle service (Malki) was most helpful as the weather became terrible and the friendly driver was most knowledgeable of the area. The overall hotel experience was very positive, though the mattress was "tired." The room was most comfortable and I think it was priced well within the reasonable range and a great bargain for Washington, DC. 20 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by US Airways Flight problem. Stayed at the hotel because US Airways messed up our flights. Hotel was excellent and staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay near the airport. Shuttle service to and from airport was quick and easy to use. 18 November 2014
