Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lots of irritating problems There was a problem for every day of our stay. The first night we had to go to another hotel (at midnight after our flight) because of a problem with the room. The next day we checked in. The following morning at 6 am, the fire alarm went off (kitchen fire?). The staff posted signs that the water would be shut off from noon to 6 pm the following day. They shut the water off shortly after 11 am while my wife was in the shower. The day after that, I needed to do some laundry. Our room was in the tower and the machines were on every other floor of the wing. This meant I had to carry my dirty clothes throught the main part of the hotel to get to the machines. I was told that the machines would take credit cards but the card readers reported Declined. I dragged my laundry back through the hotel to the front desk to get quarters. The thing that infuriates me the most about customer service situations is when the staff treats me like I'm an annoyance for spending money there. There is vending on every other floor of the tower, why not laundry? I would not recommend this hotel. 20 November 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A mediocre 2 day stay from a frequent traveler... The room didn't have a fridge, I was located w/ a pool balcony, which means I awoke to screams of children in the pool along with ghetto blaster music blaring and lots of yelling from every kind of person. The room service was so/so…the bruschetta wasn't even toasted! The soup was mediocre. I did an ultra-violet check on the bed & the bed spread was disgusting- many unrecognized stains…the room did not feel sanitized fully at all. The outdoor Hot Tub was luke warm & the jets when turned on gave no pressure, just like the rest of their "low pressure" water conscious theme, which I do agree with, but the Jacuzzi should at least be hot/warm & relaxing with semi-powerful jets to massage. The vending machine I had to go to another floor downstairs was "out of order", channels on the TV were limited and slow to respond from the remote, the person next door was slamming the door at all times of the morning & night to constantly wake me up from my sleep. The snack counter next to the bar was over-prices and unnecessarily unhealthy in their choices of most snacks - ice cream bars, sugar & overpriced candy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience & I would not stay there again. 20 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Close to everything Disney! My girlfriend and I chose to try this hotel after staying at two other hotels on previous vacations to Disney World. We were amazed at how nice the hotel was and will only be staying at this hotel from now on when we go to Disney World. We enjoyed being able to walk to Downtown Disney every night after we were done at the parks. We were able to drive right down the street each night to go out to eat as well. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Disney. 17 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to Disney We had a great stay here. The beds were amazing! We had a balcony and we could fireworks from two different locations at night. The bus system worked out fine getting us to Disney. There was no transportation to Universal, Sea World, or the airport which would have been helpful. Our biggest complaint was that you couldn't get coffee anywhere in the hotel until 7:00 am. Most hotels have coffee set up and available 24 hours a day.. We are early risers so this was a great disappointment. 16 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best vacations I've ever had!!! The service and the accommodations were terrific. Proximity and access to Disney parks were excellent. We were especially pleased with how helpful and likeable the staff were, especially bellhops Alex and Paul who were friendly, funny and extremely helpful. Excellent staff who always greeted us with a smile and exceptional willingness to assist. We were also especially pleased with two front desk staff, Darrel and Claudine. Again extremely friendly and customer service oriented. Overall it was a great visit and we would recommend staying there to anyone. Thanks for showing us a great time!!! 15 November 2014
