A very satisfactory stay. My only disappointment came when I saw the size of the guest room. We had a two bed guest room which really didn't allow much space to move around with great ease. The shower was a standing-only unit...I was a bit surprised at that, but it worked well and was clean.

My family stayed here one night before heading overseas. We were staying at another Holiday Inn nearby, and needed to add another night, but that location was not able to accomodate. I found this hotel using the IHG app and we walked over. This hotel was clean and comfortable. Plus side, there is a bar (cocktails after long day); minus, the breakfast was the same boring HI standard served at the restaurant attached to bar. I am vegan, so the choices were very limited for me. (The prior HI had an awesome breakfast buffet!!). So that was the only drawback. Otherwise, the location is great for Battery Park and the 911 Memorial. Also subway (or Uber) takes you midtowm to Empire State Building, etc. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights for a business conference. Our stay started off on a positive note when we found that our conference venue was just steps away in One Chase Plaza. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our 17th floor room (1703) was quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast was consistently good and the service was friendly and efficient. The room was small (very cozy), but functional. The location is convenient to the Fulton Street Subway Center, as well as all the lower Manhattan tourist attractions. We had business meetings at Fordham University's Lincoln Center and at the UN Headquarters, both of which were easily arrived at via the Subway.

The reception stuff were very friendly and helpful and the wifi was good.
The room was small and smelly and it was not cleaned properly before or during my stay.

The location of this hotel is very good. The rooms are very small and what they call an “upgrade” is simply a standard room in which you can hardly move.
The staff tried to be helpful but the lobby is so small that 2 person can hardly stand next to each other in front of the reception.
The worst part is breakfast – they have no dining room, just a small restaurant and a poor selection from the menu.
I will probably never book again a room at this hotel

Very friendly staff. I left some articles in my room and those items were promptly sent via UPS back to my home. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my mistake.

The hotel room itself was good, although the door stuck on the edge of the toilet bowl when I tried to close it. My main issue with the hotel was the wait service that I received at the Bullpen restaurant when I arrived for breakfast. I was at first turned away because it was "too busy" and then I was told there may not be food when the restaurant was empty. Also, the instant my food arrived, my check arrived with it, although there was no one else in the restaurant. Finally, my waitress rounded my change up to the nearest dollar, so I was shorted out 0.40 cents.

Not a whole lot to offer for a business stay hotel in Wall Street. Sheets looked used/crumpled so I am not going back there. I like HI beds so slept well, but probably not the best HI property.
