The theaters etc. Would Higly recommend this place and I am very picky about hotels... thank you Holiday Inn. 15 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We would definitely stay here again! We had a great experience! Greeted very nicely at the desk! We were well informed about all of the amenities. Our room and bathroom were very nice. We ate at Bennigans which is attached . That was a good thing because it was really ugly cold and we did not even have to go outside to get to a place to eat! And Holiday Inn guests get a discount. The location was excellent! We were extremely pleased! We will definitely be back! Thank You! 13 November 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Declining hotel From the time I drove up to the hotel, it took me 30 minutes to actually get into my room. The parking situation is horrible. There are only few spaces on the hotel property (about 50 total). If you don't get a space, you have to drive across the street to a parking deck, which does not show which spaces are for the hotel and which are not. in their defense, I've stayed at this hotel before and knew the situation, but I did not know that only the 1st and 3rd floors are for the hotel guests. There is nothing telling you this when you come into the garage. You just have to drive around and ASSUME there are more hotel spaces on the 3rd floor. Once you park and carry your bags to the lobby, then they tell you have to back out to your car and put the pass in the window. You will want to check in PRIOR to parking to avoid this. Once this was all taken care of, then my key would not work on my door. I went down to get another key (taking my bags along with me) and then the next set of keys did not work. They decided to move me to the Exec floor, which I should have been to begin with because I am a Platinum member and have been for 15 years straight!! In the end, the manager offered me a 20 ounce soft drink for my trouble. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this hotel and I've been coming there for years. I guess I don't learn quickly. 09 November 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice rooms, dry air The check in process was easy. If you pre-pay they don't give you a summary invoice under the door like most hotels. But when I asked for I've the printed it right up. Woke up with a giant sore throat because the air was so dry. Easy distance for their driver to get us to Abbey Station but it only runs till 10 on Saturday nights. Had to wait a while for a cab to get back. 30 October 2014
