I confirm the comfort and value of personnel. a couple of months ago I highlighted the poor bar maintenance (not clean, etc...) to the manager. I noticed during my last visit that they improved a lot and resolved the issues. Bar tender is now Customer focused and tables and floor are always clean and ready to host you. Great! The breakfast menu and service was excellent. We took evening diner one night (simple salad etc) and it was nice. We enjoyed our stay and will come back to the hotel. July 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless in Paris We would not recommend this hotel or book it again. The experience was one of apathetic staff and unkept promises. The room was fine size wise, but the bed was not comfortable and the door to the balcony had a non-securing lock. Even after maintenance allegedly repaired it the door would open if banged on once or twice. The room smelled as if it had just been smoked in, despite the staff saying the entire hotel was non-smoking. The internet never worked, even after the staff said they had to reset it. The entire hotel was pretty worn down with the exception of the front facade. the room needed some heavy rug cleaning and the walls could stand to be painted. We watched staff walk around papers on the floor and full wastebaskets. The wastebasket near the complementary computer was still full with the same trash when we checked out the next day. The only saving grace was the one female employee at the front counter who did her best to get things corrected for us. She appeared to be a lower ranking person, and the other higher ranking folks just glanced at us and repeatedly walked into a back office or another area of the hotel. She gladly gave us very clear directions to the Metro when we asked, and corrected me the during checkout when I was about to go to the wrong place for the Beauvais Airport shuttle. We really appreciated this one bright spot. If I could share her info I would just so she could be commended for her professionalism and courtesy. July 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hospedagem como um todo Correndo o risco de me repetir, pois já apontei os problemas anteriormente, ressalto que me senti enganada na escolha do hotel, visto que o site apresentava melhores condições do que as que encontramos, sendo que a falta de ar condicionado, conforto mais do que necessário para enfrentar os dias quentes do verão na cidade, pesou demais, Os ambientes de quarto e corredor em geral me pareceram bastante decadentes, igualmente. A special thank you goes to Sibony - le Gal Chloe who works at the restaurant and went out of her way to assist us in numerous ways. She was very welcoming and friendly. July 17, 2015
