Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Need work on shuttle schedule My family visited NYC last week. The hotel is located in a good area with a McDonald's next door. Our room was not cleaned properly daily...never vacuumed our entire stay! The hotel shuttle bus provided transportation to the subway station (Woodhaven) but did not provide it FROM subway. This was a problem for us being from Small-town USA. We found it difficult to find the right bus route from the subway station even after asking the front desk staff daily. We finally was told by the shuttle driver the bus route that would get us closest to the hotel. We then had to walk about 8 to 9 blocks to the hotel. It was not a bad walk if you are in decent physical condition. The shuttle left the hotel at the top of each hour until 6:00 p.m. If the hotel offered the shuttle to PICK UP at the subway station at the bottom of the hour or at the request of the guest, this would be an ideal spot. We had to take a taxi from the subway to hotel and found that each taxi took a different route to increase the fare. September 22, 2015
