Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Strong smell of perfume in lobby The lobby and common area perfume smell is very strong, make me a little headache. The shuttle is good, except it is one way only. The bed is soft, as well the pillow. Friendly employee with good service. The room is facing road, with a lot of noise in the morning. 16 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and friendly staff The hotel was pleasantly very well kept, close to restaurants, and had free parking. The facilities were very clean and well kept. Even though we did not benefit from the breakfast served by the hotel since we slept late, we were offered the times of serving and the varieties available. The staff was very friendly and helpful to point us in the right direction when we had questions of the area. Even though the area is very busy with traffic, the hotel seems very peaceful and feels safe. There is a gas station right across for those who like us, drove there. 04 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient, clean and comfortable After a very late dinner with friends, I didn't want to drive 1.5-2 hours to my home, in the dark, on unfamiliar roads. I chose this hotel because I am a member of their rewards program, and they are consistently good. This particular location did not disappoint. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weather related unscheduled stay I usually stay with another hotel group and am a Diamond level guest in their program. I stayed here because of unavailability with them. My expectations were not that high and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I would consider staying again...especially since I was able to perform brain surgery after my restful night of sleep...just like in the Holiday Inn Express ads... 11 March 2015
