Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Intercontinental Experience I had a room change request. Front desk personnel asked me to go to my room prepare my luggage and call them back. I called them when I have my bags ready. It took them 35 minutes to send a new room key although I called them 3 times in the meantime. The key they sent did not work either. Overall the service personnel do not have service attitude. May 14, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Below Expectations I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel, it should improve in many aspects. When I tried to pass my comments regarding delay or lack of service to the staff, I was told that it is because the hotel is full and so the staff is so busy. This is totally unaccepted from an Intercontinental Hotel. I will go there again not for the hotel itself, but because of my loyalty to IHG programme. May 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Ambiance and Great Service The Hotel is very well located and has a secure and comfortable aura. The staff are exceptionally willing and understand customer needs and requests quickly and are quick to respond. The staff spoke English reasonably to very well and suggested solutions as well as offering alternatives. Overall all services worked efficiently and everything was clean and well maintained. The prices for services and things varied inexplicably at times and it wasn't clear why this was so, nor was there any good explanation offered. May 11, 2015
